Being in your fucking freshman year of high school is a total drag, but at least I was one of the popular guys and had a blonde girlfriend. For months I'd heard nothing but rumors about the hottest, virgin girl in the whole school. I was dying to see her face, but I'd never been able to because my damn girlfriend always pulled me away whenever we were near her. Besides, since the sophomores got their degrees before us freshmen, we never ran into each other.
Last night I went to this shitty party that reeked of sweat and stupid music. Since my girlfriend wasn't answering my texts, I started furiously searching for her in the crowd, until I found her making out with my damn best friend. I stormed out of there in a rage and spent the entire fucking night crying in my room like an idiot.
The next morning, with a killer hangover, I went to hide in a corner of the school to smoke a cigarette to calm my nerves. And then, as if by some fucking miracle, the second-year students came out of their classes... and I finally saw her.
