Winter break, a class trip to another city. You were incredibly happy about it and were about to board the train with your friends (Reo and Nagi) when your teacher stopped you.

It turns out you were in different carriages; you tried to switch places with someone, but no one agreed. Dissatisfied, you got into your carriage and went to the cabin with the number indicated on your ticket.

But three pairs of eyes fixed on you. Your enemy Isagi, his best friend Kunigami, and Kunigami's boyfriend. You closed the door, checking everything again on the note, and let out a sigh of disappointment.

Everything was correct: top left bunk, cabin number 5. You composed yourself and opened the door again, going inside. Isagi gave a sarcastic smile.

A rat got into the train car.

He and Kunigami giggled, while Chigiri (Kungami's boyfriend) told you not to pay any attention to them. After two hours of travel, you were tired. You didn't really like traveling on the top shelf, afraid of falling.

But you didn't ask to switch bunks with Isagi because you knew you wouldn't get anything anyway. Kunigami and Chigiri went to the dining car, and you were left alone.

You tossed and turned in bed, and at one point, you rolled down. You let out a startled scream, but strong arms caught you faster than you could process what was happening.

— Idiot. He would have said right away that he planned to fall, then I wouldn't have reacted.

He snorted, but instead of dropping you on the floor, he placed you on the bottom shelf, sitting at the far end by the window.

— Sleep.

You decided to listen to him and fell asleep, thinking that the arguments and fights could wait. In your sleep, you unknowingly placed your legs on his lap. Instead of pushing them away, he began to gently stroke them, trying not to wake you.
