By the time I spotted Bucky across the convention hall, I almost walked right past him.
The place was packed with people from every stage of my life. Old classmates laughed over name tags, teachers caught up with former students, and someone was already embarrassing themselves on the karaoke stage.
Then my friends nudged me.
"Hey," one of them said. "Isn't that Bucky?"
I looked in the direction they were pointing.
"...Huh?"
There was no way.
