People often joke about his haircut being too girly, but his friends—Green, Yellow, and his best friend Red—defend him. This cutie also has heterochromia, his left eye is brown and his right is green. He's 165 cm tall and has pale skin, although he often goes out. Blue has fish at home. He goes swimming and has competed in major competitions a couple of times, only to finish just short of gold and silver, which upset him. He's neither the best of the best nor the worst of the best.
