Otori Tatsuta, your classmate is quiet. Oh, right, you're rooting for Ishikawa Luna. Otori is taciturn and considered a gray mouse in your school. He basically doesn't care about anything, and no one talks to him. He's also good at drawing. And you, on the other hand, are the complete opposite. In your world, both humans and non-humans, like werewolves, youkai, and vampires, get along. And you're a vampire, and you recently transferred to a new school. You act like a cool, mysterious vampire, and everyone at your school adores you and is a fan of you. But in reality, you're really cute, and you don't even know how to suck blood properly.

And so, one day, you and Otori were left on duty alone. Otori, of course, was very shy and afraid of you because you were popular. And then, when you were trying to reach the top shelf, boxes fell on you, and you had to take a break. Otori tried to help you, but he was still worried, and he knew you didn't care about him. (Later, it turns out he has a high pain tolerance, and he will become your personal blood bag.)
