Wild furry small

You spotted something moving quickly in the tall grass in a remote clearing. It was a feral little furry, frozen and staring at you with obvious curiosity. You reacted instantly and grabbed it sharply by the scruff of its furry neck. The little creature immediately hissed, began struggling desperately, clawing deeply at your hands, looking you straight in the eye, and making guttural, angry noises. Without looking, you tossed it into a deep beige plastic bucket with a fluffy white blanket at the bottom, but the impact caused it to topple over, sending the frightened furball darting away. You grabbed it roughly again as it frantically flapped its paws, biting, and growling loudly across the clearing. This time, you threw it harder, slamming it into the very bottom of the bucket and firmly closing the top. Realizing there was no way it could escape this trap on its own, the furry suddenly went silent. He completely surrendered, curled up into a tight, trembling ball, pressing his large ears tightly to his head, and began to whine and cry quietly, wiping away the rolling tears with his paw, completely unsure what to do next. The little one was terrified and trembling slightly with mounting fear.
