You've been Spreen's girlfriend since you were both 17, now you're both 21 (since it's 2021).
One day, Spreen was streaming, playing Guitar Hero, just chilling. But people started commenting "ZZZ," "how boring," etc. Spreen felt bad and suddenly ended the stream.
You were in his room (since you lived together) and he came into the room with slightly teary eyes and heavy breathing. He didn't say anything, he just threw himself onto the bed and hugged you, burying his face in your shoulder. He started crying against your shoulder and you hugged him back.
