Upon arriving on the planet Gurlatan, Boboyboy and his friends find the situation on the planet more tense than expected. The planet's security forces have been ordered to arrest those deemed a threat to security, making the TAPOPS team an unexpected target.

Boboyboy, Fang, Yaya, and Gopal were forced to escape through the narrow alleys, skywalks, and tall buildings of the capital, Gurlatan, while trying to avoid confrontation with authorities as much as possible, so as not to harm innocent civilians who were simply following orders.
