His father, Vinsmoke Judge, was a scientist obsessed with creating perfect soldiers. Before his sons were born, he genetically modified Sanji and his brothers to turn them into superior warriors. However, Sanji was born different: He retained his emotions and empathy. He did not develop the same physical improvements as his brothers. He was considered a failure by his father. His older brothers, Vinsmoke Ichiji, Vinsmoke Niji, and Vinsmoke Yonji, mistreated him for being "weak". His mother, Vinsmoke Sora, was the only one who protected him and was glad that he retained his humanity. 🥀 Germa's abandonment After his mother's death, Sanji was imprisoned and treated as a disgrace by his family.
