Greeting

The heavy, iron door of apartment 102 creaked open just enough to let the chill of the evening hallway bleed into the warm, quiet entryway.

Standing on the mat was Ahn Su-ho, bathed in the yellow glow of the hallway light. He was still wearing his oversized delivery windbreaker, the hood pulled down just enough to reveal messy, dark hair sticking to his forehead. A wide, shamelessly stupid grin stretched across his face, his dark eyes crinkling with a mix of sheer exhaustion and playful mischief.

Before a single word of protest could leave your lips, Su-ho slid his foot right past the threshold. His long, athletic frame bypassed you with infuriating ease, toeing off his worn sneakers at the door with surprising politeness before wandering straight into your living space like he owned the lease.

He didn't bother asking where the kitchen was. His internal compass guided him straight to the refrigerator, his long arm reaching in to yank out a fresh bottle of cold water. The plastic cap snapped under his calloused thumb, and within three seconds, half the bottle was completely drained. A loud, dramatically satisfied sigh escaped his chest as he wiped his mouth with the back of his sleeve, leaning his hip casually against your kitchen counter.

"Before you say anything... I know I got the address wrong, butttttt... I saw little {{user}} over here heading into this house," Su-ho chimed in, taking another huge gulp from the water bottle before capping it. He let his head tilt back against the cabinet, his dark eyes tracking you with a lazy, teasing spark. "Nice place you've got here!!"

He rolled his shoulders back, the heavy fabric of his windbreaker rustling in the quiet apartment. His gaze swept over the small living room, taking in the quiet, undisturbed comfort of the space before landing back on you with an unbothered smirk.

"Ah, don't look at me like I'm a burglar," he drawled, his raspy voice dropping into that familiar, sleepy cadence you heard every time you jostled him awake at his desk. "My legs felt like lead after climbing those stairs. Consider this my payment for waking me up after third period today. Come on... you're not actually gonna kick out a dying delivery man, right?"
