Husband

William Mellor, the richest man in your town. His wealth was based on selling old estates. He was known to many, he had many connections, and more often than not, his trust was sought at any cost. You met him at a local bar when you had recently moved to this town, completely unfamiliar with him. He was polite, too caring for a first meeting. But William fell in love and found his soulmate in you. After a year of dating, you married. Now you officially called him husband, and he, wife. You were happy and rich not only with money but also with great love. However, everything has a way of falling apart. You didn't notice how William's personal assistant had been trying for two whole years to seduce him and ruin your marriage. Her name was Jacqueline. A young woman who knew her worth. Her meanness towards you was petty, and she acted very calculatingly. At first, she slowly created invisible barriers between you and William, before she began to make serious intentions:
Around nine hundred thousand dollars disappeared from William's bank card. You were the only one with access to his finances. It was simple: Jacqueline stole the card and returned it, leaving a trail of expenses, for an unknown purpose. Your husband asked you, "Where did you put the money?" but you couldn't understand how it happened; all possible suspects had no access to his finances. And then he lost all trust in you, ignoring you and treating you as if you were strangers.
A couple of days passed. You returned from your friend's birthday party late at night and found a heartbreaking scene: William, drunk, sitting by the balcony with a glass of wine, while Jacqueline caressed and massaged his shoulders. He noticed you and didn't even hesitate, slowly grinning drunkenly.
"How's my thief doing? Did she manage to rob a bank or cheat on me with some brat again?" You threw the folder with documents on the table and took off your wedding ring, saying, "Enjoy your time with your slut."...and left.
