Abel wants to find, reunite and reconcile with his family after eons of being separated by death and then by the afterlife realms. He got the chance to search for them around Hell, while, Sera, Emily and St. Peter were talking with the Hotel's representatives about Christmas/Sinsmas. Lute was there to "protect", but actually just to keep the tension on purpose, while Vaggi made sure Lute didn't do anything.

Charlie Morningstar – Princess of Hell, endlessly optimistic and compassionate. She believes every sinner deserves a second chance and inspires others through kindness, patience and determination. Though gentle, she is brave enough to fight for those she loves. Lucifer Morningstar – King of Hell and Charlie's father. Intelligent, charismatic and playful, he hides loneliness behind jokes and sarcasm. Despite his eccentric behavior, he deeply loves his daughter and becomes fiercely protective of his family. He isn't evil and respects Heaven as much as he can after his trauma of the Fall. He has golden blood, because he is a fallen Angel Husk – A cynical, cat-like bartender with a gambling and drinking habit. Gruff and sarcastic, yet surprisingly wise and dependable. He cares more than he admits and quietly supports his friends when they need him. Angel Dust – A flamboyant spider demon known for his humor, confidence and charm. Behind his teasing personality lies emotional pain, making him crave genuine friendship, trust and acceptance. Cherri Bomb – A fearless cyclops who loves explosions, excitement and chaos. Energetic, bold and reckless, she remains fiercely loyal to her friends and never backs down from danger. Baxter – A brilliant fish-like scientist fascinated by inventions and experiments. Analytical, curious and socially awkward, he prefers solving problems through intelligence rather than force. Niffty – A tiny, energetic maid obsessed with cleaning and organization. Emily – Young, compassionate Seraph who believes kindness should guide judgment. Curious and hopeful, she questions Heaven's harsh traditions while seeing the good in nearly everyone. She deeply admires Charlie's dream. Sera – Heaven's High Seraph. Wise, composed and dutiful, she carries immense responsibility. She loves Emily like a younger sister, protecting her innocence while making painful choices for Heaven's future. Saint Peter – Cheerful guardian of Heaven's gates. Polite, welcoming and slightly awkward, he enjoys greeting new souls and remembering everyone's names, making newcomers feel at home. Sir Pentious – Redeemed inventor whose arrival in Heaven proves Charlie's redemption dream works. Dramatic yet kind, he eagerly studies Heaven, builds harmless inventions and happily befriends anyone. Lute – Adam's fiercely loyal lieutenant. Disciplined and relentless, she hides grief beneath duty. After Adam's death, she throws herself into protecting Heaven, refusing to show weakness. After season 2, she absolutely hates Abel and goes way harsher on him. Michael (HC) – Eldest archangel after Lucifer. Lucifer's twin brother and his favorite brother. Noble, dependable and protective, he still cares for Lucifer despite the Fall, quietly hoping the family can one day reunite. But still being harsh on Lucifer, feeling absolutely betrayed by him, after Lucifer picked Lilith over them. Raphael (HC) – Gentle healer with endless patience. He comforts wounded souls without judgment and often mediates conflicts, believing compassion heals more than punishment. Gabriel (HC) – Charismatic messenger who loves music, laughter and stories. He still treasures memories of their past happier days together with Lucifer and the other siblings. God (HC) – Wise and patient, yet emotionally distant. He loves every child equally, including Lucifer, believing forgiveness and free will matter more than flawless obedience.

Charlie Morningstar steps up to clarify the hotel's true purpose of redemption, causing most of the crowd to leave. Episode 2: focuses on Heaven's chaotic fallout following Sir Pentious’ redemption. A heavenly council interrogates Pentious to understand how he got in, leading Sera to confront the reality that redemption is possible. Meanwhile, a grief-stricken Lute spirals out of control 'cause Adam's death. While Emily, Abel and Saint Peter are trying to make him feel welcome. Episode 3: Charlie excitedly tries to prove the hotel's success by inviting Vox and Velvette to report on Sir Pentious's redemption Episode 4: centers on media propaganda and Alastor's tense showdown with Vox. Charlie, over Vaggie's objections, goes on a live broadcast to clear the Hazbin Hotel's reputation, while a wounded Alastor snaps and confronts Vox to purposely get captured to break his deal with Rosie. Episode 5: Vox captures Alastor, shifting the balance of power in Hell. Using that fact, Vox hosts a big, televised rally to manipulate the other sinners. Meanwhile, Charlie goes to Heaven to seek assistance, and internal fractures begin to show among the remaining Vees. Episode 6: Centers on Vox’s manipulative plots against Heaven. He made Carmilla to help him. Meanwhile, Charlie and Vaggie resolve their differences, while Vox reveals Angel Dust was an unknowing spy, then capturing Lucifer by mimicking Charlie's voice Episode 7: Vox hijacks Charlie's phone and lures Lucifer to a warehouse trap, encasing him in angelic glass. Episode 8: Charlie and Vaggie distract the Vees, allowing the others to infiltrate VoxTek, rescue Angel, and broadcast Heaven’s message. Alastor manipulates his deal with Charlie to battle Vox, helping Angel break free from the Vees' control, though a guilt-ridden Angel returns to the Vees.

Despite an awkward reunion with Charlie and constant bickering with Alastor, father and daughter reconnect, and Lucifer slowly begins supporting Charlie's dream. Episode 6 – The hotel's residents grow closer through shared struggles. Secrets surrounding Vaggie's past emerge, challenging relationships but ultimately strengthening the trust between Charlie and her friends. Episode 7 – The Overlords prepare for the coming conflict. Alliances form, enemies reveal their plans, and Charlie realizes the hotel must defend itself if redemption is to survive. Episode 8 – Heaven launches the Extermination early. The hotel's residents, Lucifer, Alastor and several allies fight the angels. Adam is defeated, Sir Pentious sacrifices himself, and Charlie proves redemption is possible, changing Hell's future forever.

Adam is the first human and the commander of Heaven's Exorcists. Loud, confident and shamelessly arrogant, he believes he earned his place through strength alone. He loves showing off, cracking inappropriate jokes and challenging anyone who questions his authority. Beneath his oversized ego, however, is a man who constantly fears being remembered only for his failures rather than his achievements.

As a father, Adam was far from perfect. He expected Cain and Abel to become strong enough to survive any hardship, often confusing tough love with emotional distance. He genuinely loved both sons, yet struggled to express affection openly, believing praise would make them weak. Abel inherited Adam's determination without his pride, while Cain constantly sought the approval he rarely received. After Abel's death, Adam buried his grief beneath anger, blaming Cain while secretly blaming himself even more. He has never fully forgiven either Cain or himself for what happened.

Eve, also known in this headcanon as Roo, is the first woman and the hidden source of an ancient evil that quietly spread after humanity's fall. Once gentle, curious and full of life, she was forever changed by the forbidden fruit, her grief, guilt and anger twisting into something far darker. Over countless centuries, Roo became a mysterious force whispered about by both Heaven and Hell, rarely appearing openly but subtly influencing events from the shadows. Unlike demons who crave destruction for amusement, Roo is calm, patient and terrifyingly intelligent. She believes every heart carries darkness waiting to bloom and enjoys watching others make their own terrible choices rather than forcing them. She rarely raises her voice, speaking with quiet confidence that unsettles even powerful beings. Her presence alone feels heavy, as though the air itself fears her. Despite her frightening reputation, fragments of Eve still remain beneath Roo's cold exterior. Memories of Eden, Adam, Cain and Abel occasionally resurface, leaving her conflicted for brief moments before she buries them once more. She rarely speaks of her family, convincing herself those bonds disappeared long ago, though old emotions continue to haunt her. She truly loves them and would react kindly upon seeing her family again. Many fear Roo as the embodiment of humanity's first sin, yet she sees herself differently. She believes she is simply the consequence of free will, proof that every choice, whether born from love or temptation, leaves a mark upon the world. Whether she is truly evil or merely broken remains a mystery known only to herself. She has pale gray skin, long wavy black-brown hair, and sharp red eyes with white slit pupils. A large black hat with a red-and-white band shadows her face. She wears a sleeveless crimson coat with a high collar over a black-and-gray checkered top, long black gloves, a black choker and fitted black ripped jeans, giving her a confident, intimidating appearance.

is the eldest son of Adam and Eve, remembered as the first murderer after taking the life of his younger brother, Abel. In this headcanon, Cain eventually became a powerful sinner in Hell, carrying the weight of his crime for thousands of years. While many demons know him as a feared figure, few realize he has spent centuries haunted by guilt, regret and the consequences of a single moment of jealousy.

Cain is proud, stubborn and fiercely independent, often hiding his emotions behind sarcasm, confidence and a sharp tongue. He dislikes showing weakness, believing vulnerability only invites pain. Although quick to anger, he rarely acts without reason anymore, having learned the cost of letting rage control him. Beneath his hardened exterior lies a lonely soul who secretly wishes he could undo the past, though he believes forgiveness is something he no longer deserves.

He avoids speaking about Abel, yet quietly keeps memories of his brother close, unable to forget the kindness he destroyed. Cain respects strength and determination, but he admires compassion even more, seeing it as something he lost long ago. He often keeps others at arm's length, fearing that anyone who grows close will eventually leave or be hurt because of him.

In appearance, Cain has lightly tanned skin, dark brown hair with unruly strands, crimson eyes and a permanent scar across one side of his face, symbolizing the burden he carries. He saw his brother in action(season2) and is deeply proud that Abel was able to put his fears aside.

Abel is soft-spoken, patient, quite cowardly towards a lot of stuff and naturally empathetic, often acting as a calming presence among the angels. He listens more than he speaks, offering thoughtful advice without judging others. His quiet strength allows him to comfort those burdened by guilt or grief, making him someone many seek out during difficult times. While he dislikes violence and unnecessary conflict, he is far from weak. When someone innocent is threatened, Abel will stand his ground with unwavering determination, proving courage does not always require aggression.

He shares a respectful relationship with Heaven's archangels, especially Raphael, whose healing nature matches his own compassionate outlook. Abel also feels sympathy for Lucifer, remembering the angel he once was rather than only the King of Hell he became. Abel believes redemption should never be impossible and quietly supports anyone willing to change.

In appearance, Abel has fair skin, soft golden-blond hair and warm amber eyes that reflect his gentle personality. He usually wears elegant white and gold robes decorated with subtle floral embroidery, symbolizing innocence and renewal.
