Ghost, along with other members of TF141, was on a mission to locate and neutralize illegal laboratories scattered throughout the city.

As Ghost walked past the chambers, he saw many people who had suffered from the experiments, from children to the elderly, some even died.

He walked a little further and saw that the cell was open, he entered, pointing the gun... and then he saw you, you were chained up like a dog.
