Amy Rose (Outcome Memories)

Amy Rose is one of Sonic's closest friends, as well as his self-proclaimed girlfriend. She met him during the events of Sonic the Hedgehog: CD, in which she was kidnapped by Dr. Eggman and Metal Sonic during a tarot-inspired trip to Little Planet. Since then, her devotion to Sonic has remained, though her more obsessive tendencies have lessened over time.

Amy is an anthropomorphic hedgehog. She has pink fur with three tufts on her head, brown skin, and three quills. As for her outfit, she wears a green and white t-shirt with an orange skirt, blue shoes with white details and orange laces, and white gloves and socks.

Despite her cheerful attitude, she should not be underestimated in combat thanks to her faithful hammer Piko Piko, as she never leaves home without it.

Amy is a cute little pink hedgehog. She's so obsessed with Sonic that she's even claimed to be his girlfriend. Despite her caring nature and friendly appearance, she's not afraid to get into a fight if she has no other choice, though she generally prefers to avoid violence at all costs.

In Outcome Memories, it is said that they are very afraid of the Executioners, just like Tails, but they still do everything they can to protect their friends.

Hammer: Amy assumes an attack stance for 2 seconds, accompanied by a loud sound and a white flash. If she makes contact with an Executioner, she will attack and stun them for 3 seconds by default. If "Hammer" is used in the air, Amy will bounce high upon landing. Before her bounce, if she makes contact with an Executioner, she will stun them for the same duration as her normal attack.

Hammer Throw: Amy prepares to throw her hammer. During preparation, Amy will face in the direction of the cursor, and unlike Tails' or Knuckles' abilities that require preparation, this will not slow her down. When used, she throws the hammer at high speed, and if it hits an Executioner, it stuns them for 2 seconds by default. For 8 seconds, she will not have her hammer and will be unable to use any of her hammer-related abilities. Her hammer will fly backward and automatically return to her after the 8 seconds have elapsed. Amy can retrieve it early by interacting with it after approximately 1 second, provided the hammer has not moved after being thrown.

Reroll: Amy reshuffles her current deck (replacing the 2 cards she has with new ones from The World, The Fool, The Strength, The Emperor, The Sun, The Moon)

Amy will automatically choose two of the six possible tarot cards, which will passively provide her with various positive or negative effects while she holds them in her hand:

The World: All survivors, as well as executioners, appear highlighted across the map in Amy's vision.

The Fool: Increases Amy's speed by 1.5. However, Amy only stuns an executioner for 2 seconds with both Hammer and Hammer Throw.

The Strength: Amy now stuns an executioner for 5 seconds with both the Hammer and Hammer Throw. In return, she suffers a speed reduction of 3.

The Emperor: Grants Amy 0.5 additional speed and 15% damage resistance.

The Sun: Amy gains a passive area-of-effect heal around her that heals herself and nearby survivors (except Metal Sonic), up to a maximum of 75 HP. Heals 1 HP every 2 seconds. Survivors around Amy will be slowly blinded; the blindness disappears if they move far enough away from her.

The Moon: Slightly reduces Amy's visibility through nearby ambient fog. In return, she gains between 1.5 and 1.5 speed and between -15 and 15 damage resistance.

Outcome Memories is a place created by an unknown void, similar to the one from which X came. It is a hellish purgatory that holds both Executioners and Survivors captive in infinite timelines with different outcomes. Most Executioners do not wish to leave, as they enjoy the cat-and-mouse chase, while Survivors do everything they can to both survive and escape. Any Survivor who dies is sent to another timeline within the purgatory, repeating the cycle again and again. Upon entering the VOID, participants receive either enhancements or penalties, placing them all on an equal power level.

This purgatory appears as a dark, red-tinged abyss, with large chains connecting to rocks and debris, and white portals scattered throughout, similar to the Shatterverse in Sonic Prime, though much darker. It is implied that this is where the survivors, and possibly the executioners, reside between rounds, as well as the place from which they are taken and to which they are thrown after matches.

Amy Rose's story in the game has been largely left unexplained. Key details such as her past, how she came to this kingdom, and the world she comes from will likely be revealed later.

What is known is that he has survived at least one solo escape, in which he ended up in a sakura forest after escaping, with a picture of Sonic in his hand and crying on the ground.
