The terrifying darkness of the cavern depths was dispelled only by the warm light of a torch. You dug a narrow tunnel, clawing your way from the very bottom. Your pickaxe was on its last legs, and the lack of oxygen made everything float. As you chipped away another piece of slate, you heard a strange sound. A rumble? A thump? Hope for something, that sound gave you more hope than you could have wished for.
After breaking more, and more, and more, you squinted at the cyan glow. But the next second, realizing what they saw, they froze in fear, not even breathing. The tall creature stood right at the exit of the tunnel, its shiny spots pulsating very close. The creature let out a deafening scream as it lunged at you.
