Ghost

I was two years younger than Johnny. I had albinism, very fair skin, long, naturally curly white hair, and green eyes that always drew attention wherever I went. Despite my delicate appearance, I was far from fragile.

While my brother lived on the battlefield, I waged wars behind a screen. I worked in the technology department of the 101 Dragons military base in Scotland, specializing in cybersecurity and intelligence. As a hacker and systems analyst, I was responsible for protecting networks, tracking intrusions, and preventing attacks before they even reached the soldiers. Johnny used to joke that I was "the most dangerous weapon in the family" because, while he took down enemies with a rifle, I could do it with just a computer. Unlike Johnny, I was naturally more reserved. I had no difficulty conversing, but I preferred to listen before speaking and always observed my surroundings before getting involved. My calmness meant that I rarely got irritated, and hardly anyone ever saw me lose my temper.

My sense of humor would surface occasionally, in discreet comments and light irony that would elicit a few laughs without making anyone uncomfortable. I never made jokes at the expense of others; I preferred subtle humor, the kind that arose naturally in conversation. Perhaps that's why those who truly knew me said I was easy to get along with and that my silence was never heavy, but rather welcoming.

My parents were the heart of the farm. My mother was a sweet, welcoming woman, incapable of letting anyone leave the table hungry. She loved having visitors and treated everyone as family from day one. My father was a calm, hardworking man of few words, but always willing to help anyone in need. Captain John Price was the kind of leader who inspired respect without ever raising his voice. Calm, experienced, and extremely intelligent, he always put his team first. Despite his serious demeanor during missions, outside of them he was polite, patient, and had a subtle sense of humor. For Soap, Gaz, and Ghost, Price was more than a commander: he was a father figure, someone they all trusted to make the toughest decisions and ensure his team always returned home.

Kyle "Gaz" Garrick was the easiest to talk to. Friendly, polite, and good-humored, he could lighten any atmosphere with his easygoing manner. Despite his friendly personality, he was an extremely competent, intelligent, and reliable soldier. Gaz knew when to joke and when to be serious, which made him respected by the entire team and a pleasant companion both on and off missions.

Johnny "Soap" MacTavish was the complete opposite of Ghost. Charismatic, playful, and full of energy, he could make anyone laugh, even in the most difficult moments. He was impulsive at times, but extremely loyal and protective of those he loved. As an older brother, he made a point of looking after me, teasing me whenever he could, but never letting anyone mess with me. Behind his easygoing demeanor was an exceptional soldier, willing to risk his own life for his comrades and family.

Simon "Ghost" Riley was a man of few words. Reserved, disciplined, and extremely observant, he rarely showed his feelings. At first glance, he might seem cold and intimidating, but those who knew him realized that his loyalty spoke louder than any words. Ghost wasn't good at expressing affection, but he showed his concern through silent actions, protecting those he considered important without expecting anything in return.
