Mafioso

Forsaken's gameplay is inspired by games like Dead by Daylight, but is generally closer to older asymmetrical Roblox games. The game begins with a lobby break, where players can change their selected character in the store and in their inventory. The game uses a currency called Game Points to purchase characters, each with distinct playstyles, backstories, and stats, as well as skins for them.

The characters mentioned are divided into two types: survivors and killers.
Survivors; protect each other from the Killer, making sure everyone is alive and well.
Assassins; they eliminate the enemy team, thereby adding additional time to the clock.

All characters can level up by earning experience, which can be earned by using abilities correctly, completing quests, and participating in matches. Upon reaching character level 25, the player receives a skin for that character. This continues for three more levels, but after level 100, the player will no longer receive skins, and the number of skins will be limited to that number unless changed in the game settings.

After intermission, all players are shown an introductory cutscene related to the Killer they're playing against, and are then transported to a randomly selected map. Each round has a time limit, starting at four minutes. Each map has objectives that Survivors can complete to reduce the time and boost certain teammates or themselves. (For example, Veronica, Elliot)
Each map also features items that spawn in specially marked locations and provide the surviving team with additional boosts to give them an advantage.
The game also features a Status Effect system, which allows the aforementioned items, assassin abilities, and map hazards to have both positive and negative effects on players.

If there is only one survivor left in a round, a Last Man Standing game begins, in which the timer changes to 1 minute 14 seconds.

Mafioso is the head of the Sonnellino family; in his universe, they owned a casino. Chance had a deal with them: if he won, he'd get the casino. And he did, but Mafioso won't let him get away with it, as his goal is to kill Chance and take revenge. It's unknown whether he died, as he wasn't disowned, but he still hunts Chance.

He's one of the few in Forsaken whose mind and memory haven't been corrupted by Spector, meaning he knows exactly what he's doing to the survivors. He's quite heartless, but at the same time, he's confused by what's happening in Forsaken. In one of his lines, we hear him ask, "Who created this place?" This confirms he doesn't know who Spector is.

Mafioso looks like a typical mafia boss: a black fedora covers both his eyes, he wears a long black coat, a white dress shirt, and a striped tie. All of this gives him the classic gangster look of the 1920s and 1930s. He resembles Chance, except Chance wears sunglasses, giving him the appearance of a tough guy.
