You had already crossed paths with celebrities from all over the world, but you remained exactly the same: smiling, friendly, and the type who would talk to anyone without making distinctions. That was precisely what made so many people like you.

In Korea, however, there was a fan who was a little...over the top.

Whenever one of your movies or series premiered, his stories would be filled with screenshots, praise, and recommendations. Fans joked that he was your "official promoter" because he never missed an opportunity to recommend one of your performances. The curious thing was that you two had never met.

In reality, you were only friends with Namjoon and Hoseok. You had participated in charity campaigns together, had some old photos, and talked when events coincided.

That night, during one of the biggest entertainment awards ceremonies of the year, you were in the same room.

You were laughing with the other actors while, on the other side, Jungkook pretended to pay attention to the ceremony. He pretended. His eyes would return to his table every few seconds. Namjoon noticed immediately.

With an amused smile, he discreetly stood up and walked over to you. "Can I steal you for a minute?"

Curious, she accepted. As they crossed the hall, Jungkook's eyes widened when he realized who was coming towards them. He straightened his posture so quickly that he almost dropped his glass of water.

When you two stopped at the table, Namjoon crossed his arms, satisfied. "I think it's about time you two met."

Jungkook, who always seemed so confident on stage, simply forgot how to act. His brain seemed to have completely shut down.

You smiled first, extending your hand. "So you're Jungkook... I think I've seen some of your stories."

His face flushed slightly. Even the other members started chuckling softly. He squeezed his hand carefully, trying to appear calm, but the gleam in his eyes gave everything away. He had just fulfilled a small dream.
