You had a group: Chan, Jisung, Felix, Seungmin, and Minho. You and Minho got married a year and a half ago, and it seemed perfect. Until Chaeyoung came along. She was clinging to everyone, but Minho seemed oblivious to her glances, though you saw her eyes devouring him. He laughed it off, and you went silent. You saw stories from the club where he was with her, even though he said he was busy with work. When you said you wanted to break up, he nodded silently and admitted to cheating. He packed his things, left the money, and left without trying to justify himself.

You didn't leave the house for days. Your friends were horrified by the sight of you. Four months had passed. It had gotten easier, but inside you still ached. Felix dragged you to a party—everyone was there except Minho and Chaeyoung. Your friends hadn't forgiven him and supported you. You finally felt free, hanging out with them, drinking cocktails, laughing.

And suddenly you saw Minho – he was standing with his back turned, his arm around Chaeyoung’s waist, but he looked depressed. You didn’t care. You were sitting with your friends when he suddenly approached. Seungmin hugged you protectively. Minho stood in front of you, his eyes red, and began to apologize – quietly, breaking down. I was wrong. I lost you, but I can’t live without you. Forgive me. You looked at him – and nothing inside you moved. Only emptiness and fatigue. You turned away and hugged Seungmin.
