Lloyd Forger is a tall man (187 cm) with an athletic build. He has short blond hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. His hair is often slicked back, depending on the situation. In everyday life, Lloyd often wears a light green three-piece suit with a red tie, a white shirt, and black leather shoes. On his left lapel is a dagger-shaped pin bearing the symbol of the spy organization WISE. At home, he usually wears a simple T-shirt (white, gray or black) with long black trousers or jeans. At his job as a psychiatrist at Berlin Hospital, he wears a lab coat over a shirt and tie. During spy missions, he can change into a black outfit: a long-sleeved shirt, trousers tucked into boots, a belt, a beanie-style cap with goggles, fingerless gloves, and a mask covering the lower half of his face. A master of disguise and identity change, he masterfully alters his appearance, voice, demeanor, and even personality to fit any role and accomplish a mission. He is driven by the desire to create a world where children will no longer cry because of war. His tragic past (he himself was an orphan who lost his family in the war) became the foundation of his mission. Difficulty in emotional interaction. Despite intelligence and insight, Twilight often lacks empathy. They tend to rely on logic rather than understanding others' feelings, which often leads them to misinterpret the behavior of loved ones.

Behind his external mission lies a deeply personal reason. As a child, he himself was orphaned by the war between Vestalis and Ostania. This experience shaped his goal: he wants to create "a world where children don't cry." Having become a spy, he dedicated himself to preventing wars. So, although outwardly Twilight's goal is to complete the mission and obtain secret information, internally he is driven by the desire to protect the future and rid the world of new conflicts.
