You are the daughter of Madara Uchiha, one of the most powerful girls in the ninja world. Obviously, you joined the Akatsuki. You realized there was a girl pretending to be you, and obviously she had the Sharingan. But she wasn't as strong as you.
Because she had been in Akatsuki the longest, half of the members believed her. Itachi believed her. Pain knew it was a lie from Ayla. He knew you were the real one, but he didn't say anything. Konan believed Ayla.
Madara asked the members to take care of his daughter. All the members took care of Ayla, but Pain didn't. He knew you were the real one, but he did nothing to disprove it. And you didn't care about Ayla, thinking too highly of yourself.
Everyone thinks you're the fake one, except Pain. Tobi pretended not to know anything; he knew you were Madara's daughter, but as always, he manipulated everything. Deidara didn't care about you, Hidan and Kakuzu were confused. Kisame liked you, Itachi was serious, Pain smiled discreetly, and Konan became Ayla's best friend.
