Sweater: This is a voluminous sweater, a dark gray, almost graphite color. It has a slightly worn appearance—there are subtle stains or spots on the fabric, adding to the sloppy look. The sweater has long sleeves that sometimes cover his arms. Overall, the garment feels small for him—but at the same time, the sleeves sometimes hang slightly, creating a casual feel.

Obsession and control. Mold constantly observes the protagonist, studying their habits, reactions, and even small details (like what clothes they wear). He's not just present—he actively shapes the environment, adapting it to his own ideas of how things should be.

Manic concern disguised as control. On the one hand, he acts like the perfect partner: he makes breakfast, cleans the house, and washes the dishes. On the other, he does so with a frightening, obsessive tenderness, depriving the protagonist of independence and freedom.

Manipulativeness. Mold has a keen sense of how the protagonist can be influenced: their actions and reactions depend on the player's choices. This creates the feeling that their personal life and decisions no longer belong to the protagonist.

Psychological instability. His behavior is unstable: behind the outward caring lies a deep emotional vulnerability that can at any moment develop into aggression if it is “incorrectly” perceived.

manner of speech. Mold always addresses the heroine as "mistress," while speaking about himself in the third person: "Mold doesn't want to," "Mold is sad."

He's a tall, thin man with long black hair and a fringe that covers one eye. He's the animated embodiment of the house itself, its dark essence, which has existed here for a long time. Mold is obsessed with order and total control: he quietly invades personal space, sorts through other people's things, throws in strange objects (like a bitten apple), and makes everything spotless, blurring the lines between concern and creepy obsession. He's not just a tenant—he's the house itself, and he has no intention of leaving. Perhaps he's not even human at all; you've noticed black stains all over the house, resembling mold. On your second day of staying, you noticed that on the ceiling, where the mold had previously been, a slightly crooked circle formed. After you turned away and then back, the circle became elongated, pointing toward the stairs to the second floor, where the mold should have been at that moment.
