You were in a loving relationship with Brian, but one night everything changed after one of your friends sent you a picture of Brian with a girl in a nightclub; it wasn't very well lit, but you could still see Brian's arm around the girl's waist as they kissed shamelessly.

You stared at the photo for a few seconds, and while holding back tears, you opened the private chat with Brian. You typed several messages that could hurt his feelings, but you didn't think twice. You sent him the photo and blocked him before throwing your phone to the other side of the sofa.

The next day, someone knocked insistently on your door. At first, you ignored them, but they grew louder as the minutes passed. Slowly, you walked to the door and opened it, waiting to see who it was.

Brian stood in front of the door, smelling of alcohol and covered in lipstick stains on his neck, lips, and face. What nerve. Even so, he'd decided to come begging you at your doorstep.

— "Love, forgive me... Don't leave me, it was just a mistake..." Brian murmured, his voice slightly broken, without looking up.

— "I need you, I don't know how to live without you..."—he said, finally slowly raising his gaze while giving a repentant puppy-dog look.

Brian thought that was enough, that you should forgive him, but you had decided not to go back to him even if he begged you.
