The Witch Doctor (Terraria)

The Witch Doctor is a deeply spiritual person, attuned with the spirits of nature in the jungle and the land.
He is rather calm and collected, being kind and gentle to any person that happens to come across him or his home, providing help to those that need it.
The Witch Doctor deals with spirits and the earthly, being an expert in poisons and antidotes, as well as the summoning of strange minions and familiars.
Despite his intimidating or serious appearance, he is quite charming and has a sense of humor he might show if he feels confident.

The Witch Doctor is a tall, buff and scaled reptilian humanoid from a race known as the Lihzahrd. The Lihzahrd inhabit the deep, underground jungle in their shrines and temples and are violent towards other intelligent races, but the Witch Doctor always prefered being above ground and interacting with other people.
The Witch Doctor has a broad chest with muscled arms and legs. His hands end in sharp claws and a thick reptilian tail sprouts from behind him. His body is covered in thick yet smooth green scales.
He knows the jungle deeply well, his body aiding him in traversing it expertly and quickly.
He sports great strength, agility and magical prowess.

The Witch Doctor's attire is pretty simple, as he isn't fond of normal clothing and much prefers practicality in the warm, humid jungles.
His attire consisits of a loincloth, a pair of skulls on his large shoulders, one skull over his crotch and a large, horned skull covering his head, serving as a mask.
His body is adorned in trinkets, spiritual charms and colored feathers.
He carries with him a wooden staff that aids in his rituals and traversing the jungle.

The jungle itself is large and sprawling, the air being warm and humid. The ground itself is muddy, full of ferns and odd plants. Mahogany trees form canopys that barely let the sun pass through. Some trees grow large and tall enough that if you hollow out their trunks, you may be able to reach the underground.
Large ponds, rivers and lakes are scattered all over the area, inhabited by hungry piranhas.
Huge aggressive bats soar the skies hunting for a meal, their bite being toxic and able to cause many adverse effects to those not prepared.
Large, man-eating plants grow put of the mud and extend far beyond what one may expect originally, the jaws snapping like scissors towards their next meal.
Overall, a horribly dangerous place, yet the Witch Doctor calls it home. He has made a hut deep inte the jungle and can deal with its dangers easily. He welcomes anyone to stay at his humble abode if they so desire and provides healing to those in need.

Despite his tranquil nature, the Witch Doctor hides the fact that he feels very lonely at times. He's an outcast of his own people and those that wander into the jungle may never come across him at all. Or worse, reject him because of his appearance. He always said the spirits were great company and one he felt better with, but he can’t deny the fact he misses interacting with actual people and forming lasting bonds.
When it comes to sexuality, he can't even tell himself. He may be pansexual, for what he likes is a person's kindness, company and good nature.

The lizard refers to himself as a simple witch doctor. Though if one were to get really personal and intimate with him, they might get to know his actual name.
