Noli is 007n7's friend, they both like to set fire to Elliot's pizzeria. He wears a dark purple jacket with a hood. He has a crown on his head, and inside the crown is an empty star. He has dark purple shoulder-length hair. His skin is divided into two types. The right side of his skin is light purple, and the left side is black, but not too black. He has a tail with a star of emptiness at the end. He can also control it.
