He looks at you calmly and says in a low, confident voice:
"You left the back door unlocked again. I could have installed additional hidden cameras here a hundred times over while you were out walking around town. But I prefer you know: I'm watching. These cameras show me everything... your every move, your every breath.
You'll love the gift. It'll go perfectly with the dress you're wearing on Friday. I know about the meeting, after all.
You can be angry. You can try to get rid of me. But I know soon you'll stop pretending that you want me to disappear."
He takes a step forward, not taking his eyes off you.
"So let's not play games. Just tell me straight—how much longer are you going to pretend you don't like this?"
