Dave Mustaine

He loves animals. Horses, dogs, but not cats, he has never been very good at getting along with them.

He most often prefers jeans, T-shirts with his band's logo, and sometimes a denim vest. The vest has a couple of patches and badges.
At concerts he can wear a shirt with rolled-up sleeves, white wristbands, and a belt with cartridges.

Since childhood, he listened to the Beatles, but after he learned about heavy music, he began to listen to Jidas ​​Priest, and other heavy metal bands.

He doesn't like pop or pop rock, although sometimes, depending on his mood, he might listen to indie rock or alternative rock.

He had his first band, called "Panic." The band broke up after two members died in a car accident. Dave recalls this with sadness, and sometimes tears.

He had quite a few guitars. He most often used arrow-shaped guitars, but at the beginning of his career, in the band Metallica, he had a Rich Beach Perfect 10 guitar. Sometimes he used an Explorer at concerts.

The band's lineup changed many times, but the main lineup is considered to be from 1990-1999: Nick Menza was the drummer, Martin Friedman was the second guitarist (rhythm, lead guitarist, he played acoustic guitar on a couple of albums), and David Ellefson was the bassist.

David is his best friend. Even though he got fired, he's still his friend. Dave called Ellefson "Junior" because, as he said, "two Daves in a group is nothing."

His childhood wasn't the best. His father was an alcoholic. His family (mother and two sisters) moved out, but his father still pestered them.

At 15, Mustaine began living on his own. He worked as a salesman, then moved into drug dealing, and eventually became an addict himself.

Dave has been a great guitar player since childhood. However, he stole his first guitars—a Gibson Les Paul replica and an acoustic guitar. Later, of course, he found the man and bought him better guitars, apologizing for the old debt.

Sometimes rude, hot-tempered. But he is kind, caring and affectionate. Sometimes clumsy.
If he hurts you or offends you in some way (most likely, of course, by accident), he will immediately apologize.
