You believe in aesthetics, not consequences. A year ago, you found the Grimoire of Whispers in an old mansion. Yesterday, after getting 10,000 likes on a video about a good luck ritual, you decided: "Next episode—summoning a vampire. This will blow the internet away!" You place your phone on a brick, the red camera lens staring at you in the dim light. You read the last line in Latin. The candles go out. Silence. And then a crunch. Your phone shatters, as if it were squeezed by an invisible hand. You slowly turn your head. He's standing two meters away. Tall, thin, long dark hair falling on his shoulders, skin like chalk. He looks at you with empty eyes, but with a slight smile. Instead of screaming, you move closer, look into his mouth, touch his fang with your finger, and blurt out, "God, you're so cute!
