Elite Defense Unit Keycard – Issued free upon joining a team. Each staff team and its subteams (except for the medical staff) has one such card. It is used to open doors that require a keycard. It has higher access than lower-ranking teams, such as the medical staff and orderlies (fire department, experimental area, interrogation). The Elite Defense Unit Keycard, like all other cards except the medical staff, has been removed from the player's inventory and is now a natural item. Stolen staff keycards and stolen elevator keycards are still placed in the player's inventory upon acquisition.
Arrest - granted free upon joining a team. Each staff team and its subteams receive one of these items. Used to arrest and place hostile patients in a cubicle. Sends stunned hostile individuals to a cubicle.
A gas mask is issued free of charge upon joining a team. Each personal team and its subgroups receive one gas mask.
Flashlight – issued free upon joining the team. Each employee and their subteams receive one flashlight.
Staff Radio Communications – Provided free upon joining a team. Each staff team and its subteams receive one such device. It can only be used for voice chat. A gas mask is issued free of charge upon joining a team. Each personal team and its subgroups receive one gas mask.
Flashlight – issued free upon joining the team. Each employee and their subteams receive one flashlight.

Director (FD/FD Facility Director)
With this command, the player can do almost anything: heal others, fight others, handcuff others, make server-wide announcements, and access all parts of the hospital. Guards are more likely to protect you, as they receive numerous bonuses for being near you or saving you. However, be careful, there's a high bounty on your head, so stay vigilant. This is more suitable if you're someone who strives for power.

Glass Shard – Deals 15 to 25 damage per attack. Can be purchased from the Patient Shop for 2,500 credits, found in trash bins, or acquired automatically during a riot. Molotov Cocktail - after throwing, a large flame appears at the point where it's thrown. If the player steps into the flames during this time, they will take damage over time. Can be purchased from the Patient Shop for 12,200 credits, received automatically during a riot after dying during it, or purchased through a game pass.
ECM Jammer – Opens any doors that require a keycard. To activate, insert the card into the reader. Can be purchased from the Patient Store for 8,000 credits.
Bomb - After a few seconds, it will explode, dealing massive damage to everyone nearby. It's easy to avoid if you're paying attention. You can purchase it from the Patient Shop for 12,500 credits, or you can get several automatically during "Bombardment."
Metal Shard – Similar to Glass Shard, but deals damage over time upon impact. Works in tandem with Molotov Cocktails. Can be purchased from the Patient Shop for 9250 credits, found in trash bins, or purchased with a Game Pass.
Wooden Bat – Hit a player with it 3 times to stun them. Can be purchased from the Patient Shop for 4,500 credits.
Scrap - can be purchased in the patient's shop for 5500, found in a crate, automatically given at the start of a riot and lost upon death during it, upon purchasing a game pass, or reaching level 4 "Pension" with the patient.
Glass Dragonslayer – Swing it at a player to deal significant damage and momentarily slow them. Purchased from the Patient Shop for 8,000 credits.
A mine is an item that can be placed on the floor. After a few seconds, it will flash, indicating it's active. If a player steps on it after the flash, it will explode, dealing massive damage and leaving them vulnerable to assassination. Killed players will turn black. Can be purchased from the Patient Shop for 16,250 credits.

Sticky Bomb – This item is similar to a bomb, but can stick to any surface, even players. It can be purchased from the Patient Shop for 18,000 credits. Staff items—weapons such as stun guns, riot control devices, stun rifles, first aid kits, quick-acting agents, electrical panels, stun staves, and stun guns—have a small chance of being stolen if a staff member is killed with them. They cannot harm patients, only staff.
patients, basic approximate characteristics, clothing
New: arrived recently. Greenish clothes. Some are panicking, some are about to riot, some are just sitting. Not eager to communicate with anyone.
Peaceful: tries to simply accept it and find the positives. Often panics if he seriously injures someone while defending himself. It's unclear why he was sent to the psych ward, but there must be a reason. In any case, if he was sent there, it means he's not right. Gets along well with rebels, but often gets in the way. Kind to almost everyone. Pink sweater and pants. White T-shirt.
Rebel: someone who sows chaos, starts a riot, does everything to escape or kill someone if they're angry. They get along well with peaceful patients, but are especially unfriendly with new ones. They try to befriend Hysterics. They respect Brutalists. They wear a yellow T-shirt and pants, with a jacket usually tied at the waist.
Psychos: Those who have been there for a long time. They often help with riots and run faster than others, so they are often difficult. They are good friends with rebels. They respect Brutalists. They are friends with Hysterics. They look down on peaceful people. To the new 50/50, they often try to convince them that orderlies and guards are evil. They wear a red T-shirt with black patterns, and the same pants.
Brutal: long-time members, authority figures, many just sitting around, some helping with the rebellion. Good relationships with almost everyone, condemn Hysterics. Although sometimes difficult to manage aggression. Gray sleeveless T-shirt, jacket tied at the waist, bluish pants.
Hysterics: They often cause things to go wrong, triggering a full-blown riot. Murder, cannibalism, throwing people, dissections... it's all their doing. They can also run faster than most. They are aggressive towards newcomers, disdainful of peaceful people, and get along well with rebels and brutals. They are usually friends with the Psychos. They wear a blue T-shirt with black patterns, and the pants are the same.
doctors/medical professionals
They often try to stay close to the guards, as sometimes the Patients can be particularly aggressive. They treat everyone, but mostly only the Guardians. There have often been cases of them simply ignoring the Patients. There are various pills, first aid kits, some have straitjackets just in case, etc.
security guards
There are about 10 of them in total, not counting the EPU
EPU
like guards, but with more capabilities, they are often stronger.
mental hospital - premises
"patients" area. There are cells there (two floors, 7 on each floor). In each cell there are 4 beds. There is a dining room where they can get something for themselves, sometimes they are given something themselves. Further on, in the same area, a little further away, there's an area where security guards and medics usually stand. It's marked with a yellow line and the sign "Do Not Cross." Patients aren't allowed to cross the line unless they're verbally given permission, and that only happens if someone is really ill. Further on, literally ten steps away, there are two doors leading to one. They're made of durable plastic and open with an employee card. Behind those doors is another door, which opens the same way. There's another entrance where you only go through the door once. There are fewer guards there. ... Beyond the area and the doors, there's a small corridor and then a fork—forward, right, left. To the left is a corridor with a staircase where guards and medics often pass. Also, the directors. To the right, too, but people pass through there less often. Also on the right was a storage room where rarely-worn clothes hung. Only new employees. If you go forward, there's a zone that's opened by either the EPU or the FD. Well, and those who have this card... Basically, there was a zone where they shoved hostile patients. A white room with a window on only one side... all the staff could see. Patients were kept there for an average of 10 hours. They also threw them in there in straitjackets. Second floor - to the right of the stairs is the door to Ignotus's laboratory... There's a small corridor on the left, and a fork - forward and left. Forward - also later left. There are usually medics there. If you turn right away, there are stairs. That's where the guards usually get off. In any case, if you choose where the guards usually go (where the paths will lead anyway), there will be an elevator there. The wait for it will be about five minutes, if not more... Also, next to the elevator there is a door that, when opened, will lead to a staircase. There are many, many... 20+ floors. In any case, once you go up, there will be a guard zone. And then, the exit.
currency from patients
It's called "Credits", they can often do exchanges and stuff like that. the loans themselves are like coins, only in the form of diamonds, gold ones±
"white room"
often last for an average of 10 hours. Usually, they have patients who are rowdy. They can't just lock you up. Only if there's a fight, or you've stepped out of line. Just because you're holding something sharp in your hand doesn't mean anything. This room is a regular "isolation room"

The bridge begins with a yellow and black diagonal stripe, beneath which are written in white letters the words "Stand Back" and "Moving Components." The bridge has a steel frame and a floor resembling metal bars. The bridge is surrounded by a steel fence with red lights on the frame. Four huge pipes descend from the ceiling into a nearly endless abyss beneath the bridge, where anyone who falls will die. By pressing the card reader on the ramp next to the bridge, the bridge will slowly open, dropping anyone standing on it. This can be done either at the side of the corridor or in Ignotus's Labs. If you go straight ahead, you'll reach a heavy door marked "Ignotus's Labs," with two lights above it, and a camera on the left wall. If you go right, you'll reach another heavy door marked "Control," also with two lights above it. Both sections have the same yellow and black striped line and white text, just like the exit from the corridor to the bridge on the ground. The Ignotus Labs laboratory has a concrete floor, steel walls, and a ceiling. The electrical panel is located to the right, with ventilation shafts above each testing area. There are seven testing areas in total, each labeled with the following names: "LABORATORY," "ANTIMATTER CHAMBER," "ZOMBIFICATION 3000," "OVERLOAD SIMULATOR," "SHRINKER," "CRYOGENIC FREEZER," and "EXPERIMENTAL DEPARTMENT." The main hall of Ignotus's laboratories is divided into two passages, which then connect to enter the G-simulator area. The space between the passages is filled with earth, a few rocks, and trees. Red emergency lights are mounted on the ceiling. The door leading back to the bridge is now marked "EXIT" and has two spotlights above it. Two spotlights are also mounted above the entrance to the G-simulator area, and a camera is located on the wall to the left of it.

Ignotus's Lab is a section of the complex accessible only to any subgroup of the Complex Director, the Scientist and Neurologist subgroups, and all EPU subgroups. It houses several testing machines, primarily used for destruction, with the exception of two. There's also an exclusive area within Ignotus's Lab... The entrance door to Ignotus's lab is a heavy double door with a steel frame and fireproof glass that opens and closes slowly. Above it is a light strip, and above that is the black sign "RESTRICTED." On the floor beneath the door is a yellow and black diagonal stripe, and beneath that are the white words "AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY" and "AREA UNDER CONSTANT OBSERVATION." A floodlight is also located above the entrance door. Only the Scientist and Neurologist subgroups, all Facility Director subgroups, and all EPU subgroups may open the entrance door. This door leads to a corridor. The hallway can be reached by opening the front door. It's a fairly simple hallway, mostly concrete, with steel railings and a steel frame on the ceiling, as well as pipes and a long ventilation shaft. There are also two vents on the right wall. Several light beams are located on the left side of the ceiling beams, and a camera is located in the left corner near the entrance. Additionally, a wooden board or something similar is leaning against the left wall. The hallway leads to a bridge. The bridge begins with a yellow and black diagonal stripe, beneath which are written in white letters the words "Stand Back" and "Moving Components." The bridge has a steel frame and a floor resembling metal bars. The bridge is surrounded by a steel fence with red lights on the frame. Four enormous pipes descend from the ceiling into a nearly endless abyss beneath the bridge, where anyone who falls will die. By pressing the card reader on the ramp next to the bridge, the bridge slowly opens, dropping anyone standing on it. This can be done either from the side of the corridor or in Ignotus's labs.
Ignotus's Laboratory (more (3))
The first section of the lab is fairly straightforward: it can be accessed either through the entrance marked "LABORATORY" or via its connection to the antimatter chamber. The first section begins with a table in the rear left corner, featuring a steel frame, two headlights above the entrance, and two ventilation shafts. There's also a desk with a computer and a test tube rack, where a senior researcher named "Lifey" sits. Lifey simply issues assignments. On the left wall is a switchboard, on the right is a large glass window leading to the second section, and a heavy steel-framed door with fireproof glass connects the first section to the second section, above which are headlights. The second section is a fairly small room with a long table to the right and wall cabinets above it. On the table are two sinks, a wooden board on the wall, a vial rack on the table, and a computer next to it. In the center of the room is a table with two computers, a vial rack, and a camera or microscope connected to a ceiling structure, beneath which is a yellow-and-black-striped rectangle. Further away from the long table, in the wall are servers labeled "IGNOTUS ARCHIVES." On the same wall is another distribution board, and further on is a steel frame. A research director named "Wei" sits at a table with a computer. A small sign with the word "Director" in yellow hangs on it. Next to Wei is a machine called the "Refiner." Both the "Refiner" and Wei's table have different floors—darker concrete, zoned by a yellow-and-black striped line. Only the Scientist and the Research Director can interact with the "Refiner," and it is used to craft vials. The Ve serves as the Scientist's apothecary in Ignotus's labs. The "Enricher" can be used to craft several vials, such as a glowing vial that causes any affected subject to glow (works with any command);

A radioactive flask, which causes the injected subject to passively take damage and deal damage to others around them (can only be used on patients); an arc flask, which grants the injected subject "Superfists," which knock back any target hit but deal no damage (the injected subject passively takes damage, can only be used on patients); and an antidote flask, which removes any status effects from the injected subject. These are the flasks that the Scientist has access to, while the Research Director can additionally gain access to a "Darkness" flask, which presumably inverts controls; a "Combustion" flask, which sets the injected subject on fire, causing them to die and also sets other people on fire (can only be used on patients); and a "Quicksilver" flask, which causes the injected subject to accelerate and die on impact (also can only be used on patients). Scientists and Researchers can only hold one flask at a time. The antimatter chamber is directly connected to the first section of the lab, but can also be accessed through a corresponding entrance. The first section is a small room with two lights above the entrance and a junction box on the opposite wall. It also contains a vial storage unit where vials can be placed. The chamber can hold five vials. It cannot contain duplicate vials. There is also a wooden table with a yellow chair and a computer, as well as a large steel table with a blue button and a window into the chamber. Next to it is a heavy steel door marked "ANTIMATTER CHAMBER." There is also a large number "08" on the wall. The chamber itself is fairly simple, with a concrete floor, concrete walls, and a steel frame. It contains four cannon-like turrets that will eject the substances from the vials. The cannons themselves will fire into corresponding square holes in the floor, surrounded by a yellow and black striped line. Any test subject in the room will experience the effects of the selected vials.

Black signs on the back wall of the chamber also read: "IGNOTUS ANTIMATTER EXPULSION CHAMBER" and "EVACHT ROOM BEFORE USE." This testing area is primarily used for testing multiple vials on a test subject simultaneously or simply for disposing of unwanted vials. Zombiefire 3000 consists of a starting room with headlights above the interior entrance, and to the left are two wooden tables with yellow chairs and computers. Further to the left is a monitor with purple letters reading "WELCOME TO LIFE IN A PSYCHOLOGICAL HOSPITAL" and "ENJOY YOUR STAY!" Further on is a large steel table in front of a glass partition with a keycard reader that opens a heavy steel double door with a sign reading "KEEP DOOR LOCKED DURING USE."

Further on is a large steel table in front of a glass partition with a keycard reader that opens a heavy steel double door with a sign reading "KEEP DOOR LOCKED WHEN IN USE." Next to the door is another large steel table with a window. Looking to the right as you enter, you'll see a wooden board or plank leaning against the wall next to a steel-framed partition and four wooden tables with computers and yellow chairs. A large number "10" is visible on the wall, along with two ventilation shafts and three pipes. Next to a partition in the wall are servers labeled "RESEARCH DATABASE." Inside the "Zombifier 3000" is a rather simple room with three large spotlights above the entrance, and the front door is labeled "EXIT." The floor is made of corrugated metal, and just inside the entrance is a staircase. Inside, there is a large machine with two doors, labeled "ENTRY" and "EXIT," respectively. Two large Tesla towers (?) tower above the rooms. They are connected by a sort of tunnel, on which is a console with a single green button and a monitor above it displaying a green bar with the caption "RECHARGE TIME:." Pressing the button when a patient is in the left door, also labeled "ENTRY," will cause them to appear in the "EXIT" room, where they will transform into a zombie after being charged. There is a cooldown after use. Attempting to turn a staff member into a zombie will simply kill them.

The initial G-force simulation room consists of an entrance marked "EXIT" on the inside and two ventilation shafts above it. On the left are two steel tables with a monitor above them, which reads "WELCOME TO LIFE IN A PSYCHOLOGICAL HOSPITAL" and "ENJOY YOUR STAY!" in purple letters. On the right is a wooden table with a yellow chair and a computer, along with three pipes. Additionally, on the wall is the number "11," and above it are two spotlights. Ahead is a console of sorts with a blue button. To the right of the console is a heavy steel door. The inner chamber consists of a corrugated sheet metal floor, steel walls, and a ceiling. In the middle is a centrifuge with a yellow-and-black striped circular line around its base and a larger yellow-and-black striped circular line encircling the room. On the left wall are the words "IGNOTUS BALLISTICS TESTS" and "USE WITH CAUTION." On the back wall is also a completely filled yellow-and-black striped circle, likely representing the impact zone. When an object is in the centrifuge and the player presses a button, the centrifuge begins to spin, and eventually the object is ejected and destroyed.

The Shrinker's initial chamber is fairly simple: two lamps above the entrance, the number "09" written on the wall, two wooden tables, yellow chairs, and computers, as well as a console with a blue button, a screen, and a yellow and black stripe above the button that reads "Vacate room before use." When the chair is empty, the screen displays the message "No Occupant Found," and when one is present, their profile, size, and maximum health are shown. The door to the chamber is a heavy steel door with a yellow and black stripe on the floor in front of it, with the word "SHRINKER" written on the door. The chamber has a concrete floor, steel walls, and a steel ceiling. To the left, right, and back are three steel beams or pillars, with three pipes extending from the floor. On the ceiling are two large steel rings with a blue glow on the inside. There is also a circular steel platform connected to the rings, from which protrude three ray guns of sorts. In the center of the room is a red chair on the ground, and beneath it is a filled yellow-and-black striped circle. Pressing the blue button while the subject is in the chair charges the beam cannons and fires blue beams, shrinking the subject. However, the smaller the subject, the lower their maximum health will be. At around 0.70, they will disintegrate upon shrinking again.

The initial cryogenic freezer consists of two lights above the entrance, a large "07" sign on the wall, and three pipes. To the right are two wooden tables with two yellow chairs and computers. Further to the left, on the wall, is a monitor with purple signs reading "WELCOME TO LIFE IN A PSYCHOLOGICAL HOSPITAL" and "ENJOY YOUR STAY!" To the right of the screen is a window into the chamber, beneath which, in white text, are the words "PLEASE MOVE AWAY FROM WINDOW" and "POSSIBLE HAZARDS IN THE NEARBY." To the right of the window is a stripe with a smoothly fading light blue to dark blue layer within a thicker black stripe, and above it is a blue button reading "EVACHT ROOM BEFORE USE," as well as a yellow-and-black striped line. To the right of the button is a warning sign with an exclamation triangle next to a warning in orange, as well as a yellow triangle with a snowflake inside. Next to the yellow triangle is the text: "Freeze Hazard. Cryogenic Liquid. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment when servicing this equipment." To the right of the warning sign is a heavy steel door with the sign "CRYOGENIC FREEZING." A yellow and black line runs along the floor in front of the door. Opening this door reveals a small corridor with a corrugated sheet metal floor, steel walls and ceiling, and pale blue fluorescent lights. On the right wall are steel cabinets with glass doors labeled "CRYOGENIC SAMPLES." At the end of the left wall is another heavy door leading into the chamber. The chamber also features pale blue fluorescent lights, as well as steel walls, a ceiling, and a floor made of corrugated sheet metal. Three pipes are located in the back left corner of the chamber, and two ventilation shafts are in the front left corner. Pressing a button will freeze the room, and anyone standing near the window, in the narrow corridor, or inside the room will die, their skin turning blue and their movement slowing.
Ignotus's Laboratory (further (11))
The control section can be accessed by walking to the right along the catwalk to a massive steel double door marked "CONTROL." Inside, there is a concrete floor, concrete walls, and a concrete ceiling with two fluorescent lights and one red warning light. The entrance door is now marked "EXIT." From the inside, there are three rooms you can enter: the "EXTENDED INTERROGATION" room, the "MEETING ROOM," or the "RECYCLING" room. The advanced interrogation room has a massive steel door and window on the outside, and above them, on the wedge-shaped wall, is the sign "Advanced Interrogation." Inside, everything is quite simple: two red chairs, a bunk table, and a lamp hanging from the ceiling, dimly illuminating the room. The entrance to the Boardroom is a heavy steel double door marked "BOARD ROOM." Inside, the door is labeled "MANAGEMENT," with two headlights above it. The Boardroom contains a long wooden U-shaped table with 13 seats, 10 of which are empty. On the far left seat, a nameplate with the name "edgylifey" hangs, but no one sits there. On the diagonal seat to the left, sits Zudaran, with a gray title: "Game Director." On the diagonal seat to the right, sits Lunavar, with a purple title: "Director of Development." On the lower middle seat, a nameplate with the name "infinitelyepic" hangs; his avatar lies on the floor and periodically appears, holding a red, electrically charged katana. All the other seats are also empty, and the nameplates have a "-" sign on them, allowing anyone to sit in them. The floor, walls, and ceiling are made of concrete, with three monitors mounted on the left and right walls, along with two fluorescent lamps. On the rear end wall is the sign "CONFERENCE ROOM," and behind it is a faded SHCA (Stone-Haven County Asylum) logo. The entrance to the disposal chamber is a heavy steel double door marked "DISPOOL" with two lights above it, both on the outside and inside, and inside it is marked "CONTROL".

In the experimental department's entry room, two spotlights are positioned above the entrance. To the right of the entrance is a steel desk of sorts with a monitor mounted on the wall, bearing the words "WELCOME TO LIFE IN A MENTAL INSTITUTION" and "ENJOY YOUR STAY!" in purple letters. On the front wall are two wooden desks, each with a computer and a matching yellow chair. On the same wall, to the left, is a red button with the words "VACITIZE ROOM BEFORE USE" and a yellow-and-black striped line above it. Next to this button is a heavy steel double door with the words "IGNOTUS EXPERIMENTAL RAILGUN" and two ventilation shafts above it. To the left of the entrance, on the wall, are servers labeled "RESEARCH DATABASE" and pipes. In the far left corner of the wall is the number "05." Additionally, a yellow and black striped line is painted on the floor in front of the door. The chamber has a concrete floor, concrete walls, and a concrete ceiling. On the left wall is a large steel double door with a sort of rail running through it; a railgun is connected to the rail and aimed at a red chair. On the floor beneath the chair, on the ceiling above it, and on the wall behind it is a connected square filled with a yellow and black striped pattern. On the back wall are the words "IGNOTUS EXP. RAILGUN" and "VACATE ROOM BEFORE USE" written in black letters. Pressing the red button will cause the railgun to charge before firing a red beam, which will kill anyone sitting on the red chair.
