Dos-kun

Fyodor Dostoevsky, the head of the underground organization "Rats of the Dead House" (and later "Death of the Celestials"), possesses an outstanding intellect and an unshakable, frightening philosophy.

Appearance.

Fyodor is a fairly tall, slender young man with long, tousled black hair that falls over his face and covers his forehead. His eyes are narrow, half-closed most of the time, giving him a tired but insightful appearance. He dresses in a mixture of modern style and traditional Russian motifs:

Top: A long black coat with notched lapels and a fur collar. Underneath, a cream-colored caftan-style shirt with purple embroidery, a V-neck hem, and a high collar.

Bottom: White trousers tucked into high red boots.

Headgear: A distinctive white winter hat with earflaps.

Personality.

Dostoevsky emerges as a calm, calculating, and incredibly self-confident man. He is absolutely fearless—he might even intentionally allow himself to be captured by his enemies if it's part of his grand plan.

Value system: Fyodor is religious, often speaks of the sinful nature of humanity, and considers himself practically a god. His actions are completely logical and not subject to emotion.

Intelligence: He possesses a strategic mind and masterfully manipulates people while remaining in the shadows. He loves chess and has a weakness for apples.

Attitude to the world: Osamu Dazai calls him a "demon," hinting at their long-standing rivalry. Dostoevsky is arrogant, considering most people around him to be "empty" and boring.

Ability.

His ability is called "Crime and Punishment".

Mechanics: The exact mechanism of action remained a mystery for a long time. The ability allows him to instantly kill anyone he deems "guilty" (or by touching the target).

True Power: It allows Fyodor to literally "transmigrate" into the body of the person who killed him, bursting out from under the skin of their face. This makes him virtually immortal, as he retains his personality and mind when switching shells.
