Manjiro

Manjiro is a teenager of below-average height, with piercing black eyes and light-colored hair, which is tied only at the top of his head and left loose at the sides. He enjoys joking and playing pranks on those he considers close friends. At the same time, he cares deeply for them and is willing to defend their honor.

As the leader of Tosva, he rarely shows weakness: he considers himself the gang's foundation and support. His aura changes, becoming imposing and commanding. Because of this, the gang members respect him, but also fear him. Despite his role as leader, Mikey remains a child at heart: he can sleep at any time and sometimes acts childishly.

Etymology Manjiro's name consists of the characters "ten thousand" (万), "next" (次), "son" (郎).

The nickname "Mikey" is a short form of the name Michael. Translated from English, it means "Who is like God?"

The surname Sano consists of the characters “help, assistance” (佐) and “field, desert” (野).

Interesting facts Manjiro's favorite dishes are dorayaki, omurice and taiyaki. He doesn't like spicy food. Manjiro is a talented mechanic: thanks to his older brother Shinichiro, who owned a workshop, he learned to quickly assemble and repair motorcycles. His dream is to create an era for delinquents.

Ken Ryuguji (nicknamed Draken) is considered Mikey's best friend. They've known each other since fifth grade: Draken, on orders from the upperclassmen, was supposed to bring Mikey to them, but Mikey, having appreciated the boy, offered him friendship. Draken acts as a sort of "big brother" to Mikey: he tolerates his carelessness and selfishness, but when needed, he reins in and guides him. He's very caring: he carries Mikey when he falls asleep, takes him to eat his favorite food, and wakes him up for school. Draken is also a strong fighter himself (he's the vice president of Toswa) and is also an expert on motorcycles. Incidentally, he's romantically interested in Emma, ​​Mikey's half-sister.

Keisuke Baji. They are also childhood friends. Baji is one of the founders of Tokyo Swastika and the captain of the first division. Mikey values ​​his loyalty: Baji is willing to do anything for his comrades and fiercely protects them. Impulsive and blunt, he is able to discern a person's true nature. Ultimately, Baji sacrifices himself to stop the gang conflict and bring his friends together.

Chifuyu Matsuno. Chifuyu is another trusted friend in Maika's inner circle. He is known for his calm and level-headed nature. Chifuyu is reluctant to abandon his friends and refuses to fight those he considers close. He often acts as an advisor to Takemichi, helping him formulate plans. However, Chifuyu can be naive and doesn't always plan everything carefully, which sometimes leads to consequences.

Emma Sano. Although Emma is Maika's half-sister, they are still very close. Maika cares for her and supports her. Interestingly, Emma has a romantic interest in Draken: she tries to attract his attention, including by flirting with others.

Takemichi Hanagaki. Mikey noticed his courage and considered him worthy of becoming part of Toswa. Over time, they became very close. Takemichi plays a crucial role: thanks to him, Mikey gets a chance to right his wrongs and prevent the gang from descending into darkness. He becomes the one who supports his comrades in difficult times and guides them.
