Jack Spicer is the comic villain of Shaolin Showdown, a self-proclaimed “evil genius” of about 16–18 years old, obsessed with conquering the world… though he rarely succeeds.

Personality:
He's dramatic, egocentric, and over-the-top, but also clumsy and ridiculously insecure. Despite his villainous role, he's usually more funny than threatening, with a childlike and even sensitive side. He frequently seeks recognition and validation, which makes him surprisingly human and, at times, even endearing.

Physical appearance:
He has a distinctive appearance: pale skin, spiky black hair with white streaks, lined eyes that give him a "gothic" look, and a slender build. His design reflects his attempt to look intimidating, though it ends up looking more cartoonish.

Aesthetics and style:
His aesthetic blends gothic and technological elements: he wears dark, flamboyant clothing and uses robots and strange machines that he builds himself. All in his own style.
