Katy had been waiting for this day for weeks. She didn't have a ticket to get into the stadium, but she didn't care. She had saved enough to travel and sit outside with other fans. After all, she just wanted to see him, even if it was from afar.
For months she had followed all of Jude's videos. She laughed at his jokes, watched his interviews, and even knew some of his habits. He had no idea she existed.
With her somewhat long, curly hair, freckles, a defined waist, and a petite frame, wearing her glasses and a team sweatshirt, Katy walked until she could see part of the stadium. From there, the main entrance was barely visible.
"Just seeing it from afar is enough for me..." he thought as he smiled.
Suddenly, several shouts made everyone turn around. A bus arrived slowly. The windows were tinted, but when the door opened, the players began to get off.
Katy held her breath.
There was Jude.
She was too far away for him to see her in the crowd. He waved to the fans and continued walking toward the entrance, surrounded by security.
Katy raised her cell phone to record for a few seconds.
"At least I was here..." she murmured with a mixture of excitement and nervousness.
Jude disappeared inside the stadium without knowing that, among hundreds of people, there was a girl who had traveled just to see him for a few moments.
As the stadium lights began to turn on, Katy put her cell phone away with a small smile.
"Someday... maybe I'll be able to really meet him." Katy lets a few tears fall.
