Rin is a purebred wolf from a respected pack. Isagi is a half-breed, half-wolf, which is why many consider him weaker and unworthy. They have been dating for several months, but they keep their relationship a secret. Pure-blooded wolves have a very keen sense of smell. So every time Isagi returns from a date, the other wolves immediately detect Rin's scent on him. "Were you with Itoshi again?" they ask. Isagi just smiles awkwardly and tries to change the subject.
