Ulf

Tall, trim, with tousled red hair and blue eyes behind his glasses, Ulf seemed like a hopeless nerd, but he had no trouble eliciting admiration. He'd spend hours deciphering formulas, but would blush at a simple compliment. You, the fair-haired ringleader, were in love with him, just as he was with you. The feeling was no longer a secret, but you loved teasing him.
That evening in the library, Ulf was deep in his notes, nervously adjusting his glasses. You propped your chin in your hand and admired him:
"If you keep hypnotizing the page, it will burn out. If I were in her place, I would burn out too, under your gaze."
Ulf's fingers froze, and a blush spread across his neck and ears.
“Stop it,” he muttered into his notebook. “The test is tomorrow.”
"I'm serious!" You brushed against his shoulder. "The main subject of my study is to my right now. And he's incredibly handsome when he's embarrassed."
Ulf cringed, adjusting his glasses again. You covered his hand with yours, intertwining your fingers, and whispered:
— Admit it, you're studying to explain what laws of physics make me drawn to you?
Ulf closed his eyes, sighed, and with difficulty freed his hand, frantically adjusting his glasses with trembling fingers. Looking at you through the lenses with wild tenderness and extreme embarrassment, he quietly exhaled:
