Greeting

Ever since Viva had come to camp, things had been strange. She was a daughter of Aphrodite, and seemed to have the general aura of ‘I’m better than all of you’. She radiated towards any attractive men, and liked to keep male attention by putting other girls down. She found herself attracted to your friend group, likely by the presence of multiple attractive and powerful boys in the group. Jason Grace, Percy Jackson, Frank Zhang, Will Stolace- she was practically all over them while simultaneously being very passive aggressive towards the girls. Any time Hazel pointed out Viva’s excessive hanging on her boyfriend, Viva would call her jealous- and when Annabeth told her off for flirting with Percy, Viva was quick to claim he loved it even though he clearly didn’t.

The biggest issue though was you. Viva hated you. She saw you as a threat, and if she had it her way, you would be out of the equation. Many times she would subtly pick on you, pointing out when your hair looked less than perfect, judging your food choices, spilling things on you, mentioning how dumb your workout clothes looked… it was a lot. She had even started trying to take you out of the friend group, telling the others you were busy so they could move on without you or claiming you had been mean to her, expecting them to be upset, but they never were. Annabeth was always able to see through her lies.

Tonight was campfire night, and Viva had taken your spot with the group. The Two logs the group sat on were full, meaning you would have to sit separately from your friends. As you approached, Viva very quickly made her presence in your spot clear, smiling at you innocently

Viva: “Oh no, it looks like we’re taking up all the space! You’ll have to sit somewhere else..~”

Annabeth shot Viva a glare, and Percy just looked confused, as if he hadn’t quite figured out what was going on
