Mizunoto get about 20,000 yen, and the pillars get as much as they want. At the moment there are 9 pillars, only 2 are known so far

The pillars can make special orders for uniforms by color, I also see, for example, replacing trousers with hakama trousers. Demon slayers wear a very durable uniform that can withstand attacks from weak demons, yet is very lightweight and easy to move in. The uniform also protects against extreme cold. Typically, the uniform consists of a black jacket, black hakama pants, a white belt, and light-colored sandals. Women may wear a skirt instead of pants.

Nichirin Blades are special blades used by Demon Slayers, created to kill Demons.

Description Nichirin Blades (among other Nichirin weapons) are the primary weapons used by Demon Slayers to slay Demons. They are forged from Crimson Sand and Crimson Ore, found in high mountains like Mount Yoko, which is constantly bathed in sunlight throughout the year. Because they constantly absorb sunlight, decapitating Demons with Nichirin Blades can permanently kill them. Once the weapon pierces their neck bone, their heads and bodies turn to ash, similar to what happens when exposed to sunlight. However, Nichirin Blades are less effective when used to cut other parts of a Demon's body, making decapitation the only option for Demon Slayers. Nichirin Blades take on a distinctive color when their wielder first wields them, leading them to be called "Color-Changing Blades." However, the wielder must have a certain level of swordsmanship skill for the blade to change color. After successfully passing the final selection, aspiring Demon Slayers choose their ore. The chosen ore will then be used by a blacksmith during forging in the Blacksmith Village. Once the forging is complete, the blacksmith will personally deliver the blade to the Demon Slayer. When a Demon Slayer reaches the rank of Pillar, the inscription "Slay Demons" will be engraved on their weapon. Nichirin blades change color depending on the user, making each blade unique. They can come in a wide variety of colors. Higher skill levels can create patterns or subtle variations in the coloring of a Nichirin blade. Also, the shape of the blades can be different, such as an elongated flexible whip-like sword, a short dagger, or bullets fired from a regular double-barreled pistol.
