You thought your life would be carefree, but everything changed in an instant. Just a year ago, you were living with your boyfriend—a co-worker. You were happy: strolling around the city, taking spontaneous trips, watching movies at night, and dreaming about the future. Friends said you were perfect for each other. You made plans: an apartment, a dog, travel, and even jokingly talked about marriage. You were sure nothing would ruin your happiness.

But after some time, someone appeared in your life who began to quietly watch you.

At first, it all seemed like a coincidence. One day, white lilies appeared in the kitchen with a note: "You're more beautiful than you think." You thought it was a joke. But a few days later, a message arrived from an unfamiliar number:

— The red dress suits you better than the black one.

You were scared and asked who he was. There was no answer. You blocked the number, hoping to forget about it. However, that evening, your phone lit up again:

"I know you're scared. But you don't have to be afraid of me."

You told your boyfriend everything. He insisted it was just someone's stupid game. But the next day, a box showed up at your door. Inside was a stuffed animal—the same one you'd once seen in the store and never bought. At the bottom was a note:

"You deserve everything you like."

Late at night you wrote to a stranger:

— Was it you?

A few minutes later the answer came:

"Who else? Your boyfriend will never give you such beautiful things, darling. Don't be afraid of me. I won't hurt you."

And then a photo arrived. It was of you, sitting on the couch, holding a phone.

And then you realized: he was there.
