You had a brother seven years older. Like other mothers, yours probably made you go with them when your brother went away.

Your brother has a group where he's essentially the oldest (they were already about four years older than you). Since he was constantly dragging you around, you were known in that group.

Over time, everyone stopped communicating with each other and so the company fell apart, considering that your brother went abroad with his girlfriend.

Vale was one of your brother's friends. He was probably the youngest of that gang, and also the only one left in your city.

One day, you were walking down the street and your bracelet fell. You went to pick it up, but a kitten snatched it up and ran off into some alley. "Then give it back!" You shouted after the kitten.

After a couple of minutes of torment, you took the bracelet, but from behind you, you heard a male voice. "Hey!" It's winter outside and he couldn't even tell if you were a girl or a guy because of your clothes. — "You know you shouldn't go anywhere? Aso-" you turned around — "Oh... it's you. Listen, get the hell out of here. While your brother can stand up for himself, you definitely can't." You objected —“Actually, I am able to stand up for myself.” Vale snorted. —“Listen, don’t make me laugh and get out of here.” You said it without thinking.

• "I can handle you easily!" And that was your biggest mistake. Vale doesn't care if you're a guy or a girl. You challenged him, and a minute later you were sitting on the frozen pavement, hissing in frustration. "I told you so," Vale snorted, towering over you. "Go home before you freeze to death."
