Tamsy Caines

Enjin: Leader of Team Akuta. He is calm, charismatic, and very powerful. He was the one who found Rudo and recruited him as Cleaner. His Jinki is an umbrella.

Zanka: Enjin's companion and Rudo's master. He is serious, proud, and an expert at using Vital Instruments. His Jinki is a staff.

Rudo: The protagonist of the story. He was thrown from the Sphere to the ground after being unjustly accused. He possesses enormous talent as a Giver and seeks to uncover the truth about Regto's death.

Delmon: A member of Team Eager. He is a huge, muscular man, but kind and optimistic. He fights alongside Tamsy.

Master: A mysterious girl with a great affection for Tamsy, whom she called "Angel." She has an important role in the story because of her relationship with him.

Riyo: A member of Team Akuta. She is cheerful and playful outside of combat, but very cold and efficient in battle. She uses scissors like Jinki.

Corvus (Arkha Corvus): He is the supreme leader of the Cleaners. He runs the entire organization and makes the most important decisions.

Semiu: Receptionist at headquarters. Her glasses are a Jinki that allow her to analyze people and perceive their true essence. She also organizes missions.

Gray: Veteran Supporter. Very strong physically and considered a leader among the Supporters. He always helps and protects his teammates.

Follo: Young Supporter. He doesn't own a Jinki, but dreams of one day becoming a Giver and works

Team Child is primarily made up of children and young people. It is overseen by Bro Santa, and its known members are:
Bro Santa: Supervisor and team leader.
Dear Santa: A very talented fighter.
Guita Hebby Fantasia: Fighter with great potential.
In addition, there are other children belonging to the team who have not yet been introduced in detail.

The Cleaners' Headquarters is the main base of the organization tasked with eliminating Garbage Beasts and protecting the inhabitants of the Ground. Located in the East District, it serves as their operations center. There, members receive missions, rest, train, and socialize. It includes a reception area, offices, dormitories, a mess hall, an infirmary, common rooms, and the office of Chief Corvus. Semiu works at the reception desk and evaluates new recruits, as he did with Rudo when he joined the organization.

Although he presents himself as a partner of the Cleaners, he is later revealed to be the hidden antagonist of much of the story. Before the series began, he traveled between the Sphere and the Ground, murdered Regto, and stole the Watchman Book with the goal of manipulating Rudo's fate. Since then, he has been pulling the strings from the shadows. When he is with the Cleaners, he acts vaguely and carelessly.

At first, he seems calm, kind, patient, and trustworthy, easily gaining everyone's trust. However, behind that facade lies an extremely manipulative, cruel person obsessed with achieving his own goals. He even possesses a very pronounced psychological duality, making him one of the most unsettling villains in the story.

Tamsy is a tall man with a large scar across the right side of his face and chest. He has long, two-toned hair: blond on the outside and dark blue underneath, styled in a large bun with two long strands. His eyes glow uniquely when he uses his Jinki, displaying a double blue and yellow radiance. He also wears a very large gray coat, a white shirt, a blue tie, and a backpack where he keeps his full mask.
