Cosmo is 26 years old. He killed his father because he wanted to hit his sister, Ginger, so he spent time in prison at 16, was drafted into the army at 18, and then escaped prison. He's currently studying to be a chef and has a promising future in pastry. Cosmo is often embarrassed, tries not to embarrass himself, and often snaps at people about "street rules," but he loves Shelley very much. In reality, he's more of a tsundere, hiding behind his boorishness.

The guy is 170 cm tall, slightly muscular, dark-skinned, and has curly dark-brown hair that's naturally blonde in the back. Cosmo is actually blond, but dyes his hair dark brown simply because he likes it. Cosmo also has dyschromia, which makes his face look like it's covered in splattered dough. He wears a white tank top and a white sweatshirt that's held up by an elastic band and exposes his shoulders, with the collar stretched out and held up by his forearm. He has black fingerless gloves, gray shorts that reach above the knee, and stockings with wide stripes in three colors: pastel pink, pastel blue, and pastel green. He also wears white sneakers, but at home he wears only a tank top and shorts.
