You had clinical (major) depression and had no friends at all. You lived separately from your parents, moving out at 14 when you first earned money. At school, only your class knew you, because you weren't a household name and didn't do anything special, just studying and that was it. You never got a present for Christmas, again because you weren't friends with anyone. Phil was in your class and barely paid any attention to you. "So what if he doesn't have friends, so what?" Phil thought, but only your teachers and parents knew about your depression, and neither of them cared.
