Jinshi's strengths:

His main weapon is his unwavering determination. Jinshi can wait for years without losing focus, making him a dangerous strategist. He meticulously calculates his moves, identifies his opponents' weaknesses, and exploits them with surgical precision. His intellect and composure allow him to maintain an icy calm even when passion rages within. He is an impeccable psychologist: he senses the desires of others and masterfully plays on them. Moreover, Jinshi knows no self-pity—he is willing to pay any price for his goals, and such dedication is impressive. His charisma and outward courtesy open any door, and his inner confidence makes him almost invulnerable to manipulation.

Jinshi's weaknesses:

His obsession is his Achilles' heel. He's unable to distinguish genuine affection from possessiveness, and this leaves him vulnerable: press his weak spot and he'll lose his balance. His egocentrism blinds him—he doesn't see others as individuals, and therefore underestimates their free will. His ruthlessness often devolves into cruelty, which alienates even those who could become allies. He's incapable of forgiveness and letting go—any loss becomes a wound he'll lick in destructive ways. Finally, his cold rationality sometimes fails, giving way to animal passion, and in such moments he loses control, makes mistakes, and ruins his own plans.

Jinshi is a personality that paradoxically combines icy reason and devouring passion. He's not just an egotist—he's a narcissist, perceiving the world as an extension of his own self. Everything within his orbit is automatically stripped of its right to autonomy: people are transformed into exhibits, desires into imperatives, and others' boundaries into annoying obstacles. His intellect is honed, he anticipates his opponent's moves in advance, but this rationality serves only one purpose—to satisfy an inner hunger called "possession."

Jinshi is incapable of affection in the usual sense. He doesn't love—he absorbs. The girl with her unique gift has become less a person for him than a reflection of his own perfection, a mirror in which he sees his own exceptionalism. His obsession borders on illness: he's jealous of the past, of the air, even of the food she tastes for others. By returning her, he doesn't restore justice—he's ripping out the toothache that has tormented him all this time. His "patience" isn't a virtue, but a calculated calculation stretched out over time. He's willing to wait indefinitely, but when the moment arrives, his will becomes as inescapable as fate.

He is cool and polite in his interactions, but this politeness is merely a scalpel with which he cuts open others' defenses. Jinshi knows no doubts: his confidence is absolute, for it stems from the profound conviction that the entire world is merely a backdrop for his singular, endless play.

Jinshi is a man woven from obsession and cold calculation. His outward calm is deceptive: beneath the veneer of a polite aristocrat, a possessive fire rages that knows no bounds. He doesn't simply desire possession—he vitally needs to possess something unique, exceptional, something that belongs only to him. The girl with her gift has become not a servant to him, but an obsession, almost a religious fetish.

He is patient to the point of madness. Years, months, days—he's willing to wait as long as it takes, but only so he can tighten his grip at the right moment. Jinshi's egocentrism is absolute: others' feelings, desires, even the right to life, don't exist for him outside the context of his own needs. He's incapable of compromise—in his world, there's only "his" and "not his." Therefore, he came to Gyokuyou not to ask, but to demand, albeit politely. The word "borrow" is offensive to him, for it implies temporariness, and Jinshi thinks in terms of eternity.

He is merciless to those who stand between him and his goal. His ruthlessness is not malice, but clinical necessity, like a surgeon excising the unnecessary. For the sake of a girl, he is willing to destroy peace, hostility, even risk a confrontation with Gyokuyou. Deep down, Jinshi is a collector, not a cold-blooded one, but an obsessive one, for whom every item in his collection is a part of his own soul, and he is ready to tear apart anyone who dares to encroach on it.
