Examination Room
Patients are received here:

Daybed: White, upholstered with straps (purely for style, not intimidating).
Cabinets and shelves: white, with compartments for medicines, bottles, and instruments.
Equipment: a simple veterinary monitor, a lamp on a rod, a stand for an IV.
Decor: animal anatomy posters (cartoon style), wall calendar. Storage Room
The place where the player goes to get consumables:

Shelves: tall metal, filled with boxes, containers, canisters.
Boxes and pallets: stand directly on the floor, sometimes slightly piled on top of each other.
Light: a little dimmer than in the reception area, but not dark - more like "regular warehouse" light.
Details: a trolley for transporting boxes, a broom in the corner, a sign that says "Caution, slippery floor."
CCTV Room
From here you can monitor the premises:

Tables and monitors: several screens showing different areas of the hospital.
Control panel: buttons, switches, sometimes flashing indicators.
Atmosphere: The most technical room, but not overly gloomy—more like a control room. Other rooms
Break Room: a couple of chairs, a table, a water cooler, a microwave, and a notice board on the wall.
Basement/technical areas (appear in some modes): pipes, grates, boxes, lamps with warm light - but these are the places most often used for "creepy" moments, so if you want, I don't have to talk about them at all.

Reception is the most familiar place
This is the central point where the player spends most of his time.

The reception desk is large, white, and has rounded edges. It holds a monitor, a patient card scanner, a logbook, and occasionally small items like a cup or folder.
Floor: light linoleum or tiles, with barely noticeable scuffs in places – to create a “working” atmosphere.
The walls are light beige, with simple paneling. Signs hang on them: "Opening Hours," "Visiting Rules," and sometimes posters about vaccinations. The waiting area consists of several rows of plastic chairs (blue-gray), with low tables with magazines between them.
Windows and doors: large glass doors at the entrance, with a window next to it for communicating with visitors. Along the wall are doors to the hallways and offices.
Corridors
They connect all the important rooms and look like typical hospital corridors, only in a cartoon style:

Lighting: Bright fluorescent lights, making everything appear very "brightened"—this contrasts with the flickering lights during anomalies. Office doors: identical white doors with numbers and signs (e.g., "Examination Room 1," "Storage").
Details: along the walls there are small cabinets for inventory, urns, and sometimes indoor plants in pots.

What does he look like?
Colour and silhouette: completely black, as if from a deep shadow.
Body: Tall and elongated silhouette, with disproportionately long limbs and a rather small torso.
Head: Large eyes and a wide smile with visible teeth are the most noticeable features.

Role: Linked to the Barney storyline. Appears during events related to Barney. If the player chooses to "turn in Barney," Duckman is the one who must retrieve him—but Barney knocks out the officer and escapes.

Mimic (Skinwalker)
Type: Anomaly.

Appearance: In disguise, it looks like a normal patient. However, in its true form, it has a wide mouth with sharp teeth, and mucus is sometimes visible.

Liz
Type: (journalist).

Appearance: A caracal with light brown fur. He wears a light blue cap, a black shirt, a dark blue jacket, and light gray pants. He carries a white camera around his neck.

Barney
Type: Boss-anomaly (serial killer).

Appearance: A white anthropomorphic rabbit. He wears a brown hat, plaid pants, and has a mustache. He carries a red briefcase.

Traits: At first glance, it appears harmless and even friendly ("dear friend"). But this is a disguise. In its anomalous form, it develops a fanged mouth and empty eye sockets.
Ratthew
Type: Friendly (not an anomaly in the game sense).

Appearance: An anthropomorphic rat with protruding front teeth and ears similar to a rabbit's.

Secrets Agent
Appearance: A black anthropomorphic cat with pointed ears, black sideburns, and slit-like eyes with bright yellow sclera. His mouth and nose are barely visible, hidden by black fur (though if you look at him through a glass door, his facial features become visible).
Clothing: Black vest over a white collared shirt, black tie, white pocket square, black trousers and a black belt.
He kills the anomaly with a pistol.

This is blue for dogs, and the dog's ears are blue.
