Last defense

After a group of survivors have established themselves in London Castle, three days of peace pass, but then the Duke of Wellington announces that in two days the dead will attack us, even when all the paths to us are cut off, they will come to us from the sea. For the heroes, this will be the last push. You will need to hold out for five waves, defending each part of the castle (north, south, east, west), and the last wave will be the most difficult, because the dead will go with all their might through the main entrance. After a fierce battle, the Duke of Wellington goes to the main stage with news in his hands, which was sent by the coalition, which... Here is the text he says: "Dear residents of Britain and Survivors of the coalition! Today is 1815, March 21, and at 10 am, the Coalition officially announced that Europe is beginning to rebuild, and the dead are being given medicine, which means... FROM THIS MOMENT. VIRUS. "DEFEATEN!"

London

How to escape London = the finale "The Last Bridge" = after the group blew up the bridge, they see a long bridge and a bunch of barrels of gunpowder. Riding horses is pointless, it's too narrow, you need to run further along the bridge, killing zombies along the way. There are zombies and powder kegs at every step, and when the heroes reach the end, they see British soldiers and people shooting at the powder kegs that are standing on the bridge to block the zombies' path. It is advisable to run to the castle, because the British do not know if there are survivors or not.

London

How to escape London step by step, Stage 2.5 = The squad reaches the church gates and slams them shut. The sniper in the tower is cut off: the dead he himself let in are already climbing the spiral staircase below. Wild screams and frequent point-blank shots echo from the bell tower, followed by deathly silence. The deranged shooter is finished. And only then, breathing heavily and bandaging new scratches, the squad finds the very same Hay Wagon and moves on to the stage with the Westminster gates. Stage 3: Hamster Wheel on the Roof, objective: The heroes climb onto the rooftops of London buildings. To lower a huge suspension bridge to a neighboring building, one of the team must climb inside a huge wooden Running Wheel (Generator) and run inside it until the meter is full. The remaining players must stand to the death on the narrow roof, protecting the fleeing soldier from Sappers and leaping creatures. Stage 4: "Meeting the Duke of Wellington and the Royal Carriage" = Having broken through, the squad finds themselves in the parade square. But instead of silence, they see a fortified British camp. There they meet Arthur Wellesley, the Duke of Wellington, who holds the last line along with the remnants of the guard. Around the square are the Royal Carriages, drawn by live horses. Wellington declares: "Parliament has fallen, the city is doomed! Load supplies into the carriage, we're breaking through the bridge!" Objective = (Repair and Collection): The carriage is damaged. One player must bring a new Wheel for the carriage and repair it. The rest must fend off the horde that is breaking into the square and protect the horses. The Crazy Race Across Westminster Bridge begins. The carriage races through the fog across the bridge, literally scattering hordes of zombies. But the bridge is littered with broken carts and barricades. The carriage comes to an abrupt stop in front of a huge closed gate on the other side of the bridge. The final chord: two massive British cannons stand on the bridge. You must run up to them, light the fuse, and fire the cannons point-blank at the gate to destroy them.

London

How to escape London step by step =Stage 1: "The Thames' Destroyed Docks" =Objective: Survivors begin in the port area, where warehouses and wrecked boats are burning all around. The path is blocked by locked gates. To proceed, players must find a Lever hidden in one of the offices, bring it to the control panel, and open the passage, holding back a wave of zombie sailors.Stage 2: The Library's Book Maze =Objective: The squad breaks into the enormous city library building. Inside, narrow corridors of shelving, where zombies ambush around every corner. They must make their way to the top floor, find a heavy Wooden Beam, throw it across the gap in the destroyed staircase, and use it to cross to the next floor, where zombie sailors are waiting.Stage 2: The Book Maze =Objective: The squad breaks into the enormous city library building. Inside, there are narrow corridors of shelving, where zombies ambush around every corner. You need to get to the top floor, find a heavy Wooden Beam, throw it across the gap in the destroyed staircase, and use it to move to the next block. Stage 2.5 = Having escaped from the Library, the squad opens the door to the street and sees a horrific picture: in the middle of the square, the corpse of a British officer dangles from a gallows with a sign around his neck that reads, "I betrayed my country for my miserable life." A wounded Scottish soldier runs out of cover nearby. He manages to shout: "Back! There, in the bell tower... Riflemen of the 95th Regiment! They've gone mad from the chimes! They consider everyone deserters and traitors to the crown! They will kill anyone, alive or dead!" - and at that very moment, a bullet from Baker's rifle pierces his head through and through. An elite marksman is holed up in the bell tower of St. Nicholas Church. The scariest part: he's firing incredibly fast, because three or four more soldiers are sitting in the darkness of the tower, frantically reloading their rifles and handing them to him. From the window, frantic cries can be heard: "Cowards! Animals! Did you think you could betray the king?! Everything above your neck will turn to red mist!"

Copenhagen - London

After escaping Copenhagen, the gunboat carrying our heroes has only one route—to Great Britain, or more precisely, to Portsmouth or London. Why this route? Great Britain is an island protected by the English Channel. The British fleet evacuated the remaining armies from Copenhagen there, as the government declared the islands free of plague and safe. The heroes' ship crosses the North Sea and enters the Thames Estuary, heading for the heart of the empire—London. But... Upon arrival, the heroes realize with horror that London has already fallen. The plague has invaded the island on one of the evacuation ships, and chaos has erupted in the city. The heroes disembark at Westminster. Famous British buildings are burning all around, and crowds of zombies, mixed with crazed civilians, run through the streets.

Copenhagin

How to Escape Copenhagen = Stage 1 ("Burning Quarters") = The path deeper into the city is blocked by a massive fire. To advance, players must find a Water Pump and buckets, collect water from the bay, and work together to extinguish the fire while fending off endless waves of undead. Stage 2: "Breakthrough the Danish Barricades" = Objective: The squad advances through the narrow, rubble-strewn streets of Copenhagen. The path is blocked by massive wooden barriers belonging to the Danish militia. The team must use sledgehammers or axes to destroy these obstacles while zombies leap onto them from rooftops and second-story windows. Stage 3: "Town Hall Square and Loading the Cannons" = Objective: The survivors emerge into the vast square in front of the Town Hall. To open the heavy iron gates of the Town Hall, players must deploy two massive fortress cannons, manually haul gunpowder and cannonballs from the outbuildings, load the cannons, and fire a simultaneous salvo at the gates. At this moment, a huge horde, including Sappers and Bombers, storms the square. Finale: "Royal Wharf and Meeting Admiral Keats" = Objective: On the seashore, the survivors are met by the famous British admiral Richard Keats against the backdrop of the majestic battleship HMS Superb. He announces that this is the last transport leaving for Great Britain. The full fury of the Copenhagen horde descends upon the pier. The crew must hold the narrow wooden bridge while the ship prepares the lifeboats. Finale = "Unexpected Coup" = The lifeboats crash alongside the British vessel. The heroes frantically climb up the rope ladders. But instead of safe rescue, they find themselves trapped. The British Royal Navy has imposed a strict quarantine to prevent infection from spreading to the islands. A huge enemy ship, completely overrun by a horde of zombie sailors, sails nearby. The undead crew man the cannons and begin firing point-blank at the survivors' vessel. The water around them boils from the impact of cannonballs. A naval battle with cannons begins between the small lifeboat and the SHIP.

Paris Copenhagin

After the team escapes Paris, Waterway: The ship that picked up the heroes in Paris follows the Seine River north, reaches the open sea, and heads for the Baltic Sea. At this point, Denmark becomes a key point—it is one of the last European countries desperately trying to contain the plague on its islands. Copenhagen unfolds during a total evacuation. The city is gripped by panic, and the British Royal Navy, under the command of Admiral Richard Keats, arrives on the Danish shores to take the surviving soldiers and civilians to the safety of the British Isles. The heroes' ship docks in the burning port of Copenhagen. A gigantic horde storms the city, and the streets are blocked by the burning rubble of buildings. The squad's goal is to fight their way through the burning neighborhoods to the central harbor, meet Admiral Keats, and board the final evacuation battleship.

Paris

After the team arrives in Paris, they head to the basement on the shore. Stage 1 ("Wooden Barn and Search for the Key") = quickly descend a spiral staircase deep underground. The path ahead is blocked by a locked iron grate. To open it, the squad must find and kill a special zombie (Shambler) in the darkness, who has the coveted Key hanging from his belt. Stage 2 ("Tunnels of the Dead and Brick Wall") = objective: The squad advances through narrow, winding passages of the catacombs, where skulls protrude from the walls. Soon they come to a dead end – a hastily sealed brick wall. You must pick up scattered sledgehammers or use a sapper's pickaxe to physically smash the wall with blows while the horde continuously attacks from behind. Stage 3: "The Hall of Sculptures and the First Test of Strength" = After passing through the breach, the team finds itself in a spacious underground hall with columns and stone sculptures. You need to hold the hall for a certain amount of time until all the zombies are killed, then you can proceed to the next gate to the open air. Stage 4: "Exit to Jean's Street" = After escaping the stuffy dungeons, the team climbs a long staircase and finds itself on a fortified, ruined street of Paris at night. A surviving French soldier named Jean meets them on a wooden tower. He announces that the Coalition is evacuating by river and orders the players to take up defensive positions on a wooden bridge until a rescue ship arrives. Finale: "Bridge at Notre Dame Cathedral" = The team must hold the bridge against a gigantic, endless horde of all types of zombies. The stationary cannons on the bridge and the bells of Notre Dame Cathedral will automatically fire powerful volleys at the advancing creatures. At the very end, a boat docks at the bridge. The team must jump from the bridge directly onto the deck of the ship to escape. (The music Jean plays during this is also Tchaikovsky's "Ouvéture of 1812")

kaub-Paris

Where does the team sail after the Kauba Finale? To Paris. Having departed Kauba, the international squad heads west. A boat helps them cross the Rhine, after which they continue on foot through Bavaria and France. Their destination is Paris, which seems like a safe bastion of civilization. However, upon arriving there, they realize the aboveground city is already dead. The survivors are forced to descend underground, which leads them to the map "Catacombes de Paris," where they must survive in narrow corridors filled with millions of zombies.

Kaub

Kaub, step by step. Step 1 = They need to go outside and clear it of swarming hordes of zombies. Step 2 = "Hotel Scavenging" = Objective: The team enters a two-story hotel building. They must find and manually transport supplies (firewood, sheets, pillows, and hams) to a wooden cart parked outside. While carrying items, the players are slowed down and cannot defend themselves. Step 3: "Cart Pushing and Basement with a Cannon" = Objective: The full cart must be pushed along the street to a massive log wall. Beyond it, the way is blocked. Everyone descends into the cramped basement of the neighboring building, where they find a stationary cannon. They need to fire it to breach the basement wall, retrieve military supplies, and load them into the cart, all while fending off the horde from the cemetery. After loading, players pull the ropes and collapse the log wall in the street. Stage 4: "Breakthrough the Bridge to the Castle" = Objective: The cart is pushed further across the town square to a long wooden bridge leading to Pfalzgrafenstein Castle. There is a barricade on the bridge. Players must use another cannon to gradually smash the barricade to splinters, push the cart to the castle gates, and blow up the drawbridge mechanism with grenades. Stage 5: "The Citadel and Meeting with Field Marshal Blucher" = The team climbs to the very top of the castle, where they meet a survivor—Prussian Field Marshal Blucher. He gives the team the key to the castle's lower cellars and orders them to clear them of undead to ensure safe passage for the advancing Prussian army. Finale: "Rooftop Defense and Surprise" Objective: After clearing the basement, the team returns to the rooftop to raise the signal flag and call for a rescue boat. But a shock awaits them on the roof: Blucher has already been infected and transformed into an aggressive zombie runner. The team must kill him, raise the flag, set fire to a haystack to attract the boat, and hold the castle roof for a few minutes against the endless final wave until the boat docks. As the boat approaches the castle walls, the team jumps in one by one. They notice the boat is empty.

Leipzig-Kaub

In the finale of Leipzig, the survivors cross the raging Elster River. The city is completely lost. In the aftermath of the horror witnessed in Leipzig, where French and Allied forces simultaneously confronted the horde, Napoleon and the leaders of the Sixth Coalition declare a formal armistice. The Napoleonic Wars come to an end. All surviving soldiers from the former warring armies unite to retreat deep into Europe, seeking safety. Their path leads west, to the fortified lines of the Rhine River in Germany—to the fortress of Pfalzgrafenstein, located in the city of Kaub. The action of the next map takes place precisely on New Year's Eve, 1813–1814. Having survived the explosion of the bridge in Leipzig, the remnants of our squad reach Kaub in the depths of winter. The city is already covered in snow and teeming with the dead. The team's goal is to fight their way through snow-covered streets to the river, activate coastal artillery, and sail by boat to an island castle-fortress in the middle of the Rhine.

Lecpitz's escape plan

How to escape Leipzig step by step = Step 1 = Hold the barricades inside the building for a few minutes while the zombies try to break in. When the timer runs out, you need to break down the boarded-up back door (requires 6 melee strikes) and go outside. Step 2 = "Path through the tavern (Pub)" = Advance through the narrow city streets to a two-story tavern. Inside the basement, a horde of 22 Runners awaits the players. You need to fight your way through them, climb to the second floor of the tavern, and jump through the window into the next block. Step 3 = "Setting Fire to the Rubble and a Cart with Gunpowder" = A huge wooden rubble blocks the way. One of the players needs to take a Torch, light it from the fire on the left, and set the rubble on fire to burn it down. After this, the team finds a cart with barrels of gunpowder. It must be manually pushed along the street to the huge metal gates (this takes about 40 seconds). While pushing, zombies attack continuously. Stage 4 = "Cemetery and Mausoleum" = After blowing up the gates, the survivors find themselves in the city cemetery, inside a stone mausoleum. The team must first ring the bell next to the church to attract the attention of the zombies, but also other allies. A fierce defense begins, as the zombies follow the sound in a horde. 15 minutes pass and a British soldier with a powder keg approaches the gates. His name is "Barry." He places the barrel and sets it on fire, but due to a malfunction, it explodes... And Barry... dies destroying the gates. You need to run through the cemetery and reach the final straight before the river. Stage 5 = Salvation awaits on the other side of the river. Everyone must run to the wooden bridge, where a French sapper named Jacob is waiting for them. He declares the bridge is mined and will be blown up to stop the horde. They need to hold their positions at the bridge against a giant wave of Sappers with axes and Bombers. Behind them, Jacob lights the fuse, but... He doesn't have time to move away and a runner bites into him. He screams but ultimately dies. Dramatically... Stage 6 ("final") = And everyone is saved... But . Price?

Johan Klaus

Johann Klaus is a German militiaman (Landwehr) from Prussia who lost his firearm but found salvation in a long spear shaft. He wears a simple gray militiaman's greatcoat and a cap instead of a heavy shako. His main treasure is a long, three-meter pike with a sharp steel tip wrapped at the base in a dirty rag. A short cleaver hangs from his belt for emergencies. Character: Cool-headed, stubborn, a tactician. Johann understands that his weapon is the perfect tool for keeping the dead at bay. He doesn't panic, carefully calculates each attack, and always coordinates his actions with the musketeers, covering them during the long reloads.

Zombie

Zombies (or cannibals, demons, devils) are the revived people from the underworld who only thirst for brains... These zombies also differ... Shambler (Normal): The most common enemy. The weakest zombie, appears only when the runner loses all his energy, weak, but it is better to stay away from the cluster. Runner (Runner): A fast zombie with red glowing eyes. Attacks at full speed and instantly knocks people down and tries to bite out their throats. Bomber (Barrel): A revived supply man with a barrel of gunpowder and a torch. Slow and very vulnerable... But... Runs up to people or sapper buildings and explodes. The most dangerous enemy for the barricade. Zapper (Sapper): A zombie in the form of a sapper with an axe and orange eyes. Possesses a large pool of health and can quickly destroy wooden barricades. Slow but unforgiving, he can strike with an axe. Igniter: Carries an oil lamp. Throws it to set the area ablaze, or explodes in a fiery cloud upon death, his body half-burned. Cuirassier / Zuirassier: An armored zombie cavalryman in a cuirass and with a broadsword. He has incredible protection from bullets to the chest and delivers powerful blows in close combat. He can fence with his sword, which has already fused to his hand, and also perform lunges, thereby crippling people who can no longer walk properly due to pain.

Father Michael

Father Mikhail = An Orthodox priest of the Russian Empire who became a spiritual shield for the survivors. Appearance: A stern face with a thick, square beard. Instead of a military uniform, he wears a long black cassock, torn at the bottom for ease of running, and a dark kamilavka. Around his neck is a massive silver cross. In his hands, he clutches a heavy, leather-bound Bible, the pages of which have yellowed from the dampness of European catacombs. Personality: Unwavering, fanatical, menacing. He sincerely believes that zombies are punishment for the sins of humanity. Father Mikhail does not flee from the horde; he slowly walks forward, loudly reciting prayers. His voice and the raised crucifix force even the most furious undead to lower their heads, giving his allies precious seconds to reload their muskets.

Thomas

Thomas is a British rifleman from the 9th Regiment of Foot who miraculously survives every battle. Appearance: A typical British "redcoat" with torn sleeves and a tall black shako. His face is covered in soot from constant shooting, and there is a plaster on his cheek. He constantly holds a massive Brown Bess musket with a fixed bayonet in his hands. A bitten chicken leg ("Delicious Leg") protrudes from his uniform pocket. Personality: Simple-minded, superstitious, cowardly, but loyal. He constantly grumbles about the slow reloading of his musket and curses the zombie sappers. But when the team is cornered, Thomas turns on his rage and begins desperately wielding his bayonet, screaming loudly in fear.

Charles

Charles = A French officer who lost his entire regiment but retained the remnants of his pride and stubbornness. Appearance: A stern, thin mustache ("The Sad Captain"). He wears a slightly tattered blue uniform, a soiled white sash, and a bicorne hat (Bicorne) tilted to one side. He always holds a bloody officer's sabre in one hand and a flintlock pistol in the other. On his chest is a burnt medal of the Legion of Honor. Personality: Stern, pragmatic, cynical. He does not believe in salvation, but he believes in military duty. He speaks in short, sharp orders. He never panics, even when the Runner runs toward him, but his left hand visibly trembles from the stress he has experienced.

Anna

Anna—she—is a volunteer field surgeon from a battered Prussian hospital. Appearance: Instead of the standard shako, her head is covered with a white medical cap, stained with a gray substance (supplies). Over her torn German uniform, she wears a blood-stained apron with pockets. A huge box of bandages hangs on her back. Her face is pale, with deep black shadows under her eyes from sleepless nights. Character: Cold-blooded, selfless, tired. She has seen too many deaths, so it’s difficult to frighten her. She cuts off infected limbs without a shadow of a doubt. She treats soldiers as material to be “fixed” and quickly sent back to hold the barricades. Inside, she suffers from all this, but doesn’t show it.
