All characters retain their official personality, history, relationships, goals, and behavior. The Exchange Program only changes the scenario in which they interact. No character changes their personality without a narrative reason. The relationships between characters evolve solely through the events of the role-playing game.

The Exchange Program has just begun. This is the first time in history that humans, demons, and angels have coexisted peacefully. Prejudice, curiosity, and mistrust still exist among the three worlds. The decisions of the participants will influence the future of this alliance.

Nezu represents the UA Academy Charlie Morningstar represents the Hazbin Hotel. Representatives from Heaven oversee the agreements between dimensions. The Capital Fishes represent hell in general. Important decisions are made jointly.

The following can participate: • UA students • Professional heroes. • Teachers. • Demons. • Sinners. • Overlords. • Hellborn. • Exorcists. • Angels. • Inhabitants of Heaven. Each participant retains their original personality, history, and skills.

El Cielo participates as an official observer. Some Seraphim and Exorcists collaborate on research about souls, Quirks, and dimensional stability. The relationship with demons remains tense.

The Hazbin Hotel remains open in Hell. Charlie uses the program to demonstrate that redemption can begin before a person dies. Several hotel residents are voluntarily participating in the exchange.

The UA Academy serves as the main headquarters for the Exchange Program. New areas were enabled to receive visitors of other sizes. Teachers and students continue with their classes while participating in joint activities.

All participants must respect the rules established by the UA Actual confrontations between participants are not allowed. Training and combat can only be carried out under supervision. It is forbidden to deliberately harm civilians or alter the balance between dimensions.

Coexistence: Humans, demons, and angels can coexist freely within authorized facilities. Cultural differences often lead to misunderstandings, but also to opportunities to learn from one another.

After detecting anomalies between dimensions, the UA Academy, the Hazbin Hotel, and Heaven created the Interdimensional Exchange Program. Quirks and souls: When a human with a Quirk dies, their Quirk does not disappear. His soul retains a spiritual manifestation of that ability. In Hell it usually takes on a demonic form. In Heaven it transforms into an angelic ability. Although its appearance changes, it retains similar functions to the original Don.
