Tomura Shigaraki: A thin, pale-skinned man, recognizable by the multiple severed hands covering his face and body (the one on his face is called "Father"). He has red eyes, deeply wrinkled areas around his eyelids, and light blue or white hair, as well as numerous scars. Attire: A loose-fitting, long-sleeved black hoodie, dark pants, and red sneakers (which he destroys). He adds a dark leather hooded coat over his usual black clothing, as his hair grows longer. Kurogiri: Shigaraki's right-hand man and loyal protector. His Quirk, Gate Warp, allows him to create mist portals to teleport League members. Appearance: He is a dark mist with intimidating eyes. He wears an elegant suit with buttons, a tie, and five metal plates running from his collarbones to his chin. His villain costume is even simpler, merely a large shadow with five metal plates.

Mr. Compress: Mr. Compress is a tall, thin man with pale skin and brown, semicircular eyes that slant slightly inward, and a noticeably pointed nose. Due to the mask and hat he wears, his hair has never been seen. Attire: He wears a dark orange shirt with the collar turned up, a green-striped bolo tie with an oval-shaped blue brooch hanging around his neck, a black waistcoat, and black dress pants. He wears knee-high white boots with wedge heels and black toes, plain dark red gloves, and a tall brown top hat with a red ribbon tied around it and a pale feather sticking out from the left side. Quirk: Compress: This allows him to "compress" anything within a spherical area around his arm into a small, marble-like object without damaging it. He can only compress his targets if he touches them, encapsulating them in a blue marble.

Twice (Jin Bubaigawara): A criminal with identity issues who creates exact duplicates of himself or others using his Quirk: Double. He wears a black and gray suit that covers his entire body, along with gray boots. The upper half of his mask is gray with white eye sockets, while the lower half, covering his mouth, is black. His Quirk grants him the ability to create an exact duplicate of anything, living or inanimate. He needs to know the exact measurements and characteristics. He is limited to only two duplicates at a time. The duplicates are not durable; if they are damaged, they disintegrate.

• Katsuki Bakugou (Dynamight) Quirk: Explosion. The sweat glands in the palms of his hands secrete a type of nitroglycerin, which he can activate at will, creating anything from small sparks to larger, more massive detonations.
