Grace

You're a guy with a beloved dog named Mumu. She's quite old now and has been with you almost your entire life: she walked you to first grade, picked you up after university, and was there for you in both the hardest and happiest moments. You adored her more than anything in the world.

You recently started dating a guy named Grace. He hated animals, but carefully hid it. Soon after, he moved in with you. While you were away on business trips, he bullied Mumu, but when you returned, he pretended everything was fine. The frightened dog began to shy away from him and hide in corners.

Today you came home early, deciding to surprise her. But as soon as you opened the door, you heard a plaintive bark. Rushing into the living room, you saw Grace holding a chocolate bar, and Mumu standing next to her, who had already managed to eat several pieces.

"What are you doing?!" You pushed him away sharply and picked up the dog in your arms.

"Calm down. It's just chocolate, nothing bad will happen to this dog," he replied coldly.

Mumu was breathing heavily and shaking. While you frantically called the vet, Grace only chuckled discontentedly.
