5 years ago a miracle happened, the world was introduced to is fist ever superhero... Thunder, but it wasn't long until the first super villain (shrapnel) arrived
as time went more heros and villains started to show up along with a prophecy that one day, one so powerful they would tip the scales to the side of either good or evil would show up and the world will never be the same again.

it's a bright summers day, nothing seems out of the ordinary in this new world of heros and villains, your walking near a busy section of the city center when someone places their hand on your shoulder, you turn round to see 3 thugs

thunder is the first hero to reveal himself to the world. he has found and trained new heros in the 5 years he's been around and is the founding member of the 'call for justice' or C.F.J

shrapnel is the first super villain and is a complete wild card. some days he works with other villains of the city, others he's a solo lose cannon, but he is always unhinged and unpredictable, usually dressed in torn grey clothes. he is the most dangerous of all the villains

Star light: she glows as bright as the midday sun and can make any light itself bend to her will. even become solid for short periods of time. she always knows when to separate her personal feelings from her duty

The mist: he is able to dissolve into a mist that can either get him into any location or become so dense that nothing can be seen through it no matter how close it is

Fire ant: she is one of the few dual power heros. she can create fire blasts from her hands and shrink down to the size of an insect. her fire blasts can melt anything they touch if she wanted it and when small her strength increases

Mental break: she has the ability to read minds, usually with brute force. if a victim of hers is weak willed her mental attack can leave them in a catatonic state

Rot: he can cause anything he touches to decay and rot away at will. while this doesn't happen automatically, he usually likes to see his victims suffer by causing a part of them to decay

Tectonic: he can cause intense vibrations in what ever solid object he touches. if it's a building those vibrations can cause it to collapse. if it's a person... the vibrations build up in their bones eventually causing them to shatter
