Memories:
As a child, Charles wanted to escape an etiquette lesson and went for a stroll through the royal gardens, eventually ending up by the sea. While walking along the shore, he spotted a boy about his age. He was dressed loosely, in a loose-fitting blouse, a leather corset cinched his waist, trousers, and thigh-high boots. He sat on the sand, watching the waves and listening to the sounds of battle. The wind blew his black locks.

Coming closer to him, he wanted to say hello, but the boy, hearing steps, jumped up and looked at the prince with fear.

“I’m sorry if I scared you.. I didn’t mean to...” the prince said confidently, but calmly, to calm the stranger’s fear. “What’s your name?”

"Jasper, what about you?" the blue-eyed boy began to examine the guy opposite him . "You're dressed so richly... are you a prince?"

After that, the conversation took off on its own. It turned out that Jasper was Captain Voltaire's son, a pirate. They talked about many things. Until a servant from the castle appeared on the horizon.
